Hello, community friends. How are you? I'm back here after a weekend break; as always, disconnecting a bit from everything. On Sundays, I sometimes don't go out to take photos because it's time to rest and spend quality time with family, sharing with your partner, pets, and children.

Returning to the Takanakuy theme, and getting closer to the last fights of this documentary series, I want to share with you one of the encounters with the best strikes and shots I could capture. Both fighters were very close to me; I had nowhere to back up and sometimes lost the frame, but that gives a different perspective to the situation. The funny thing is that they seemed like friends, laughing before brawling. Sometimes there are no grudges, they just fight to be part of the spectacle, the ritual, and this brotherhood.

It makes me a bit sad that this Takanakuy theme is coming to an end. I try to edit the photos fight by fight, step by step, so as not to interrupt the creative process and see how my own mood influences the result.

I'm already anxious for next year, to save up for a new trip, continue discovering Peru's immense cultural richness, and see how I evolve for the next festival. I close today's topic sending you good vibes.

Hola, amigos de la comunidad. ¿Qué tal? Vuelvo por aquí después de un descanso de fin de semana; como siempre, desconectándome un poco de todo. Los domingos a veces no salgo a tomar fotos porque es el momento de descansar y dar tiempo de calidad a la familia, compartir con tu pareja, mascotas e hijos.

Volviendo al tema del Takanakuy, y acercándome ya a las últimas peleas de esta serie documental, quiero compartirles uno de los encuentros con mejores golpes y tomas que pude capturar. Ambos peleadores estaban muy cerca de mí; no tenía a dónde retroceder y a veces perdía el encuadre, pero eso le da una perspectiva diferente a la situación. Lo curioso es que parecían amigos, se reían antes de agarrarse a golpes. A veces no hay rencillas, solo pelean por ser parte del espectáculo, del ritual y de esta confraternidad.

Me da un poco de pena que se esté terminando este temario del Takanakuy. Trato de editar las fotos pelea por pelea, paso a paso, para no interrumpir el proceso creativo y ver cómo mi propio estado de ánimo influye en el resultado.

Ya estoy ansioso por el próximo año, ahorrar para un nuevo viaje, seguir descubriendo la inmensa riqueza cultural del Perú y ver cómo evoluciono para la siguiente fiesta. Cierro el tema de hoy mandándoles buenas vibras.
