Like every year, the three-day-long festival of womanhood was celebrated yesterday in our society with a food fiesta followed by some musical extravaganza for the Vibrant, Beautiful, Intelligent, Compassionate, Strong, Kind-hearted, Confident, Graceful, Ambitious, Empathetic, Creative, Resilient, Wise, Caring, Charismatic, Generous, Thoughtful, Talented, Nurturing, Inspiring, Independent, Loving, Fearless, Fierce, Patient, Adventurous, Elegant, Diligent, Authentic, Supportive, Gentle, Motivated, Empowered, Persevering, Selfless, Joyful, Respectful, Sophisticated, Insightful, Relentless, Honest, Bold, Gracious, Humble, Imaginative, Tenacious, Spirited, Modest, Resolute, Inspiring, Reliable, Diplomatic, Discerning, Resourceful, Genuine, Enthusiastic, Radiant, Wise, Supportive, Passionate, Decisive, Motivated, Calm, Artistic, Trustworthy, Diligent, Charitable, Grounded, Fearless, Ethical, Imaginative, Modest, Creative, Visionary, Empowering, Resilient, Humble, Innovative, Goal-oriented, Intuitive, Relatable, Joyful, Optimistic, Charismatic, Discerning, Adaptable, Dynamic, Well-rounded, Authentic, Supportive, Noble, Inspiring, Altruistic, Spirited, Curious, Confident, Driven, Balanced, Expressive, Strong-willed..... women ( the list goes on....that is why we have this unique three day long festival for them). A lot of pictures, Glad to see these women are happy. those colourful clothes were suiting all of them. Some are in sarhi, some are in shalwar qameez.
Mostly traditional.
The truth is that the photos speak for themselves and celebrating the women of your society for three (3) days in a row is incredible. They celebrated in style

Oh, it's a long celebration for women, and the family, of course.
Man it seems there is a festival with your wonderful people every week or 2! It really should be that way anyhow especially when you gather so happily and your vibrancy matches that of the clothing and decorations.
Here is to all of the strong and caring women who need 100 other adjectives to properly describe what they mean to all of us.
Yes, that is how our traditions are - to keep us happy by celebrating every now and then - we have got only one life.

There should be such functions because the way we see that women spend their whole lives in the service of men and their children, with such things, they also get a little peace and they spend their lives a little. All these women are looking very beautiful.

This festival only once :) but we have a lot others. It's like at least 13 in a year.

Wow - a festival for woman! A shame that not every day is for woman - haha. I say this because I am one.
I tell you something, there's not much more a beautiful sight than an Indian woman in a sari. They really do look beautiful.
