Screen Time
Sometimes, you just have to breathe.
Sometimes, you just have to take a step back.
Sometimes yes, you have to remind yourself that there is life beyond the screen and if you keep looking at the numbers and watching the digital displays, you're going to miss all the things that real life has to offer.
How much screen time do you put in on a daily basis?
After a personal evaluation, I racked up over 100 hours in one week. 100 HOURS, in a single week.
Granted, that was collectively between my phone, computer and television, but fuck, 100? That's over 4 days in a 7 day week!
My kids were no better, which is why I resolved to do more activities this summer break and touch more grass.

So, I encourage you to do a thing. See how much time you actually spend on screens. Has it taken over? Don't let it, it's real fukn easy to do. Also, REMEMBER TO BE YOU! I always am, because I've got to!
