Chem trails can appear any time of the day but are more common sunrise and sunset in front of the sun.. I'm sure this is perfectly normal.. Our benevolent government looks after and protects it's citizens from all hazards and of course keeps their intensions secret so as not to alarm us. Take a deep breath and saturate your lungs and call your doctor in the morning..

Ha, all Governments and all kinds of Presidents first of all think about themselves, about their security and the continued ability to be in Power.
The state always tries to hide the bitter truth from its citizens, so as not to excite their minds. I will say more - many citizens try not to notice problems until they touch them personally. But in Russia, even this is considered by citizens to be quite normal, the main thing is "so that there is no war" and the existing Government continues to rule on the territory of Russia.
In our regional center (Kirov) every year in the summer they look for the source of a nasty smell that hovers on the streets of the city. But all official checks say that everything is normal, the air is clean.

Find an enemy or make one to divert the people from questioning governments homeland decisions. Has been working for long time..

My opinion isn't worth anything.
What i can tell you is what i can see. Briefly summed up:
Agenda2030 is the direction they are taking us, using covid19 as the excuse/cover up.
The method to push agenda2030 is by having everyone digitized/patented via the deadly shots.
The vehicle that allows this all to happen is the fraudulent military/commerce system we are in, otherwise known as the legal system or Admiralty-Maritime "Law". If you know about the Birth Certificate fraud and how we've been deceived into being part of this fraudulent system, then you may know that before the lethal injections people have been playing with loopholes in the system (after understanding about the Cestui Que Vie 1666 bollocks they pulled on us)...as it is/was all a paper system. Now when the shots are taken, the legal entity/person/fiction account on the system is bound to the flesh. No where to run. no where to hide.
The spraying, the pollution, the corruption, the biological warfare are all to put people in their weakened, patented state.
