Portulaca Grandiflora
Portulaca grandiflora is the scientific name for the Rose Moss Tree. Rose Moss is a popular ornamental plant due to its attractive flowers and easy care.
There are various shades of Rose Moss including pink, bright red, white , yellow, purple and orange.
There are also varieties that have a mixture of colors such as pink and white.
It is a type of herbaceous plant that creeps and loves well-drained soil.
It easily reproduces through root threads and can be bred through stem cuttings.
So avoid being in the shade and place the plant in a garden area that is open to the sun.
It works well as a ground cover plant and as a hanging plant when planted in the ground.
It does, however, require twice-daily watering in the morning and evening, and the shoots must be trimmed frequently to encourage the growth of branches or flowers.
The flowers will be fully developed by 10-11 a.m. The leaves are green but will turn browned if they get excessive sunlight.
The family Portulaca Ease includes the succulent flowering plant, Portulaca grandiflora, which is native to southern Brazil, Argentina, and Uruguay and is frequently grown in gardens.
Numerous common names for it include Mexican rose, rose moss, eleven o'clock, sun rose, rock rose, and moss-rose purslane.
In terms of medicinal nutrition, the leaves are thought to be used to treat minor wounds by smearing the leaves on the wound. If you are growing this plant at home, please share it with me.

Those are some absolutely beautiful flowers @mell79!
It is, indeed, @jamerussell. And, aside from my cactus, this is the first plant I've ever planted, and it's very easy to care for.
