[ENG-SPN] The water that polishes sensations / El agua que pule sensaciones

Not all rivers end up in that metaphorical Nirvana, which is the sea. But those who do, in general, tend to receive, in addition, the solidarity of innumerable fountains and streams, which, like well-matched passengers, unite their dance and their song, as Tagore would say, to polish those pebbles, which, moreover, they beautify and give splendor to the cities that rise up along its significant banks, taking advantage of its invaluable vitality.

All this, together with the resounding preponderance of an imposing, wild and at the same time generous nature, makes some cities, towns or even small villages benefit from it, acquiring character and picturesqueness in such a high degree of intensity, as to the spirit, at the end of the day, judge and party where they exist, wake up from its congenital lethargy, to intensely enjoy its unforgettable vision.

No todos los ríos van a parar a ese metafórico Nirvana, que es el mar. Pero aquellos que lo hacen, por lo general, suelen recibir, además, la solidaridad de innumerables fuentes y riachuelos, que, como pasajeros bien avenidos, unen su danza y su canción, como diría Tagore, para pulir esos guijarros, que, además, embellecen y dotan de esplendor a las ciudades que se levantan a la vera de sus significativas riberas, aprovechándose de su inestimable vitalidad.

Todo ello, unido a la rotunda preponderancia de una naturaleza imponente, salvaje y a la vez, generosa, consigue que algunas ciudades, pueblos o incluso pequeñas aldeas, se beneficien de ello, adquiriendo carácter y pintoresquismo en tan alto grado de intensidad, como para que el espíritu, al fin y al cabo, juez y parte donde los haya, despierte de su congénito letargo, para gozar intensamente de su inolvidable visión.
