Snowy and frosty winter
Last year, I really didn't want winter...And she wasn't there. This year, I wished for a real snowy and moderately frosty winter... Sorry, utilities and other haters of this season, but it looks like my wish will come true this time.

The beginning of winter with thaws was a hint of the past, but everything has improved and now winter pleases with its normal swings: snow, sun, frost, snow again

But this winter is not the snowiest in the last five years.

It feels like I'm making up for all the years I've missed winter as a fact.

I've always shot landscapes and street scenes, but I've never been this deep into this season.

It's all about the variety of not only the plots, but also the worlds I immerse myself in.

And when connected to different worlds-frequencies, I see winter from different angles.

Technically, there's not much winter left–just under a month.

But in our latitudes, March is very often another snowy and sometimes frosty month.

The only thing I miss because of the snow and frost is the world of dugouts.

Judging by the snowier winter of 2023-2024, it is extremely difficult to photograph the cellars.

But everything else that surrounds every day is available.

These pictures are from the Kremlin Garden, which I captured for the first time in winter.

In very winter time, not just with snow.

Such a beautiful winter mood. The snowy details look so crisp and calm.
What wonderful photos of your winter weather. You captured so many beautiful subjects in the sunlight. It has finally stopped snowing for a day now and the sun is melting some of the 24" we got this month. Stay warm and safe.
