Dandelion
Dandelion.
This is a dried dandelion. But at first it grows yellow, then it starts to dry out and turns into a dry ball that can be easily blown away.
Dandelions are useful. They are widely used in cosmetics; they are used to make shampoo and cream. They are also added to powders and various gels. Dandelions are also used in medicine. They are used to make various teas and medicines. They are also used in folk medicine to make tinctures, ointments, and decoctions.
Dandelions taste bitter. If you break one, a white liquid oozes out; it’s called dandelion milk.
Dandelions are widespread here; they grow in yards, in fields, on roadsides, in the mountains, near rivers, lakes, and so on.
The dandelion is a wild plant. It grows on its own.

You have prompted childhood memories of the "dandelion clock". We blew the seed head you've shown in your fantastic photos. And counted each blow. However many blows it took, that's what time it was. Times were simpler back then!
I've recently discovered that dandelions are a versatile, nutritious, and of course, cheap food. I've yet to try them. But for dandelion greens, it's best to harvest the leaves before the plants flower. Here's some dandelion recipes

Guess I’ll be adding dandelion tea to my rotation now.
