Morning Walk
I won't clean the planet today, I'll just take a morning walk today.Don't think of it as something normal.I will take a walk this morning and enjoy the beauty of the green world.Did you know that morning walks are a part of my life and I have taken it as a profession? There is a big reason for this.
We are a public born in the 80s and we know a lot of history from the 80s and 90s.The difference between the 1980s and the present is vast.In the eighties, we had no information technology. We didn't have computers or Android phones. We didn't have Google, YouTube, or the Internet.
The children of that time were not addicted to any social media. The boys and girls of that time only played outside. They highlighted all the rural traditions and cultures through the fields and nature. We saw that the boys and girls would wake up early in the morning to study and work outside in nature. We didn't even have a television back then.We all spent time in nature and there were very few illnesses in our time.As children, we would enjoy nature as soon as we woke up and sleep on time at night because we didn't have Android phones. But the present time is very different.Really too much difference.
Nowadays, a young man or woman is busy with social Android phones at night. They are addicted to various social media and games on Android phones. And they wake up very late in the morning, which is extremely dangerous for their health. In the eighties, we saw that a person walked 5 to 10 kilometers a day.And nowadays we don't just want to walk for 30 minutes in the morning. Its a very important matter.
In the 1980s, we saw people walking from villages to cities to work.Nowadays, we use autos for just five-minute journeys. In the 1980s, people were less sick and their average life expectancy was higher, whereas nowadays, people are sicker and become old and disabled in a short time.
In the eighties, our fathers and grandfathers would advise us to walk barefoot on the ground and walk on dewy grass.Nowadays, those scenes are no longer seen.In the eighties, the number of diabetic patients in our country was very low. However, today the number of diabetic patients in our country is very high. One of the main causes of diabetes is lack of physical exercise and physical exertion.
Research shows that those who walk every morning can be free from diabetes and high blood pressure.Morning walks are a great physical exercise. Those who go to the walk every morning have a fit body and can stay free from future diabetes. So I try to walk every morning to keep my body fit and stay free from future diabetes.I attach great importance to this matter.I have made it my habit to walk every morning.
Morning walk is very important for our body so don't underestimate it.Every morning I try to walk and enjoy nature through walking. This green world is mine, this environment and nature are mine.So I also try to preserve them by walking. But today I wasn't connected to cleaning the planet. My goal today was just to take a morning walk and enjoy the time.I tell you to walk in the morning and stay healthy.
Thanks everyone, Have a nice day.
