Dias de estar tranquila, estar en calma, de salidita en salidita me he repuesto de algunas cosas, la verdad es que las emociones siempre pueden ser un va y ven, arriba y abajo, pero la actitud con que la afrontamos es lo mas importante, no se como he ganado la manera en que suelo mirar las cosas ahora, estar en calma y en paz contigo mismo te motiva y te permite darte lujos como sr quien eres, hacer lo que te gusta, no hacerle daño a nadie, y estar plenamente feliz contigo mismo, no tener deudas con nadie es un gran trabajo interno que te invito a probar, cada vez estoy mas segura de que hacer el bien sin mirar a quien es mejor que esperar algo a cambio de las personas, este es un hecho que me ha cambiado la vida, por supuesto no siempre somos tan maduros para saberlo, aquí dejo una parte de mis aprendizaje.

Honestamente pienso que el trabajo interno es lo mas importante antes de mirar hacia afuera, bueno, esto es algo que siempre me ha caracterizado y con lo que me siento cómoda conmigo misma pero solo hablando de esto en un publicación, que puede llegar a muchas pantallas como puede que no, si algo te resuena y puedes tomar, hazlo, sino déjalo ir con amor.
