Hoy vengo a contarte un poco sobre mí y mi camino en esta hermosa vida...

Yo

Soy Jethsaly y tengo 40 años de tropiezos, caídas, aprendizajes, y logros.

Esposa

Estoy casada con un hombre que podría ganar el premio al más romántico, divertido, trabajador y protector... César, mi refugio y compañero de aventuras.

Madre

Soy madre de un pequeño sol llamado Santiago, que llegó a iluminar mis días con su magia única.

Hija y hermana

Vengo de una familia numerosa y llena de historias. Soy la menor de ocho hermanos (cuatro mujeres y cuatro hombres), y crecí con el ejemplo inquebrantable de una madre soltera que nos enseñó a luchar con amor. Quizá por eso la familia que hoy he formado, es el centro de todo lo que soy.

Estudiante y profesional

Siempre fui una niña muy tranquila, juguetona, soñadora y risueña. Me gustaba estudiar, eso nunca fue un dolor de cabeza para mi madre. Estudié Química y me gradué como Técnico Profesional Universitario en dicha área.

Si soy sincera, me atrevo a decir que aunque la química rindió grandes frutos en mi vida profesional, y en ese camino conocí gente maravillosa, y brillante; hoy por hoy estoy segura de que no es mi pasión. Estoy en la búsqueda de...

Mis raíces

Nací en Venezuela, tierra de arepas y cielos infinitos, pero la vida y las circunstancias me llevaron a empacar mi vida y sueños en un par de maletas, y emigrar a Chile en 2018. Allí nació mi primer y único hijo Santiago, y con el tiempo, muchas pruebas que me hicieron más fuerte.

En 2023, la brújula nos trajo a Estados Unidos. Hoy vivimos en el estado de la estrella solitaria, Texas; y seguimos escribiendo nuestra historia con esperanza y nuevos sueños.

Lo que más extraño de mi tierra

Mi hermosa madre

La persona que más deseo abrazar en este momento. Son más de 7 años sin sentir su calidez de cerquita, y sin reírme de su gran sentido del humor. Te extraño tanto mamita!!!

Mis 2 hermanas

@verdesmeralda, quien me contó de esta hermosa comunidad Hive y me impulsó a pertenecer a ella con la convicción de que tengo mucho que contar y compartirles; y mi querida @carisma77 quien también está muy emocionada de acompañarme en esta nueva etapa. Cuánto anhelo nuestras "rumbas", jajajajajajajajaja de solo hablar, hablar, hablar... y comer, comer, comer... lo mejor de lo mejor. Espero que pronto podamos renovar esta foto.

Mis 2 grandes amigas Daisy y Mariana

Cada una tan diferente en su personalidad pero con algo muy importante en común... Su hermandad, lealtad y compromiso con nuestra amistad. Las amo mucho!!! Ellas tampoco están en mi Venezuela querida, pero nuestra amistad nació allí, una hace más de 25 años y la otra hace más de 15. Soy afortunada de tenerlas como 2 hermanas más.

Y mi adorado "Cerro El Ávila",

que constituye un regalo para nuestra Capital, no sólo por su exuberante verdor y su variada biodiversidad, sino porque se puede disfrutar en cualquier momento de la frescura, el silencio y la tranquilidad del contacto con la naturaleza... Terapia invaluable para la salud física, mental y espiritual.

Y casi para despedirme por este instante, quiero agradecer a @aguamiel y @yonnathang quienes hicieron posible la apertura de mi cuenta. Como diría el genial Gustavo Cerati "Gracias totales".

Aquí en Hive quiero dejar palabras, emociones, reflexiones y, ¿por qué no?, alguna que otra risa para quien me lea.

Me gusta ver la vida como una canción que a veces desafina, pero siempre tiene un ritmo que vale la pena bailar.

Wife

I’m married to a man who could win the award for most romantic, funny, hardworking and protective... Cesar, my refuge and my adventure companion.

Mother

I am the mother of a little sun named Santiago, who came to brighten my days with his unique magic.

Daughter and sister

I come from a large family full of stories. I'm the youngest of eight siblings (four girls and four boys), and I grew up with the unwavering example of a single mother who taught us to fight with love. Perhaps that's why the family I've formed today is at the center of everything I am.

Student and professional

I was always a very calm, playful, dreamy, and cheerful girl. I liked studying; that was never a headache for my mother. I studied Chemistry and graduated with a Professional Technical Degree in that field.

If I'm honest, I dare say that although chemistry has yielded great results in my professional life, and along the way, I met wonderful and brilliant people, today I'm sure it's not my passion. I'm searching for...

My roots

I was born in Venezuela, land of arepas and endless skies, but life and circumstances led me to pack my life and dreams into a couple of suitcases and emigrate to Chile in 2018. There, my first and only son, Santiago, was born, and over time, many trials that made me stronger.

In 2023, the compass brought us to the United States. Today, we live in the Lone Star State, Texas, and we continue to write our story with hope and new dreams.

What I miss most about my homeland

My beautiful mother,

the person I most want to hug right now. It's been over 7 years since I felt her warmth up close, and I haven't laughed at her great sense of humor. I miss you so much, Mommy!!!

My 2 sisters,

@verdesmeralda, who told me about this beautiful Hive community and encouraged me to join it, convinced that I have so much to tell and share; and my dear @carisma77, who is also very excited to join me in this new phase. I'm so looking forward to our "big parties," hahahahahahaha, just talking, talking, talking... and eating, eating, eating... the best of the best. I hope we can update this photo soon.

My two best friends,

Daisy and Mariana. Each so different in their personalities, but with something very important in common... Their sisterhood, loyalty, and commitment to our friendship. I love them so much!!! They're not in my beloved Venezuela either, but our friendship was born there, one more than 25 years ago and the other more than 15. I'm lucky to have them as two sisters.

And my beloved "Cerro El Ávila",

which is a gift to our Capital, not only for its lush greenery and varied biodiversity, but because you can enjoy the freshness, silence and tranquility of contact with nature at any time... Invaluable therapy for physical, mental and spiritual health.

And almost to say goodbye for this moment, I want to thank @aguamiel and @yonnathang who made opening my account possible. As the brilliant Gustavo Cerati would say, "Thank you so much."
