Picnic Artístico con la dulce Sue Zoe

Hola de nuevo amigos de Hive! En primer lugar feliz año a todos!
Espero que este año que comenzó con tantas turbulencias en nuestro país, sea solo eso y que el resto del año podamos respirar con mas tranquilidad, yo he estado varios días alejada de la plataforma, por diferentes motivos y algo de desanimo también, pero a partir de hoy quiero retomar la regularidad de mis publicaciones en la plataforma.

Hello again, Hive friends! First of all, happy new year to everyone!
I hope that this year, which began with so much turmoil in our country, will be just that, and that for the rest of the year we can breathe more easily. I have been away from the platform for several days, for various reasons and also due to some discouragement, but starting today I want to resume regular posting on the platform.

Y para mi primer post del año hoy les quiero compartir las bonitas fotos y la experiencia de mi picnic de pintura con mi dulce @suezoe, mi amiga y yo siempre nos encontramos para hablar, compartir comida o solo caminar por allí cada vez que ella visita la ciudad y ya teníamos planeado que la próxima seria hacer nuestro picnic de pintura juntas, el lugar que elegimos fue el parque del Este y cuando llegamos allí elegimos un bonito sitio bajo la sombra de un gran árbol y nos pusimos cómodas.

And for my first post of the year today, I want to share with you the beautiful photos and experience of my painting picnic with my sweet @suezoe. My friend and I always meet up to talk, share food, or just walk around whenever she visits the city, and we had already planned that the next time would be to have our painting picnic together. The place we chose was East Park, and when we got there, we picked a nice spot under the shade of a big tree and made ourselves comfortable.

Como esta cita había sido mi idea y yo soy la local yo lleve todas mis pinturas, algunos pinceles y dos trocitos de cartón que ya tenía preparados para pintar y que eran perfectos para esta ocasión y por supuesto una mantita para sentarnos sobre el terreno, el resto de cosas que hicieron falta las compramos en el lugar, como lo que compartiríamos para comer luego de pintar.

Since this outing had been my idea and I am the local, I brought all my paints, some brushes, and two pieces of cardboard that I had already prepared for painting and that were perfect for this occasion. Of course, I also brought a blanket for us to sit on the ground. We bought the rest of the things we needed there, such as what we would share for lunch after painting.

Yo soy muy fanática de estos videos en los que dos o mas personas se pintan retratos mutuamente así que eso fue lo que terminamos decidiendo, mientras ella hacia un retrato de mi, yo haría uno de ella, esto es algo que disfruto mucho y con alguien con un estilo tan marcado y original como mi amiga Sue la experiencia se hace mas agradable, yo no estaba muy segura en que estilo debería pintarla porque tengo tiempo sin pintar retratos con modelo en vivo, pero me deje llevar y dibujé y pinté sin pensar demasiado, solo tome importancia a la forma del rostro de mi amiga y a los colores que serían los protagonistas de este retrato

I'm a big fan of these videos where two or more people paint portraits of each other, so that's what we ended up deciding to do. While she painted a portrait of me, I would do one of her. This is something I really enjoy, and with someone with such a distinctive and original style as my friend Sue, the experience is even more enjoyable. I wasn't quite sure what style I should paint her in because I haven't painted portraits from a live model in a while, but I let myself go and drew and painted without thinking too much, just focusing on the shape of my friend's face and the colors that would be the protagonists of this portrait.

Fue una tarde de charla y pintura realmente agradable como no disfrutaba en mucho tiempo, por desgracia el tiempo en que uno la pasa bien pasa mucho más rápido y cuando menos lo esperábamos ya se hacía tarde, mientras pintábamos muchos curiosos se detuvieron a admirar los dibujos y hasta fuimos fotografiadas sin permiso en el proceso, pero como solo era un niño no puse tanto pero, estaba muy emocionada por ver la reacción de mi amiga al ver su retrato y por supuesto también me sentía muy curiosa del retrato de mí que ella estaba pintando, cuando finalmente me lo revelo me sentí muy feliz, de lo tierno del dibujo chibi de mi amiga, la forma en la que dibujo todos los detalles de mi ropa y hasta mis accesorios de mi outfit me gustó mucho, ella también estaba muy feliz al ver el retrato que hice para ella y su reacción fue lo mejor.

It was a really enjoyable afternoon of chatting and painting, the kind I hadn't had in a long time. Unfortunately, when you're having fun, time flies by much faster, and before we knew it, it was getting late. While we were painting, many curious people stopped to admire the drawings, and we were even photographed without permission in the process. But since it was just a child, I didn't mind too much. I was very excited to see my friend's reaction when she saw her portrait, and of course, I was also very curious about the portrait she was painting of me. When she finally revealed it to me, I was very happy with how cute my friend's chibi drawing was. I really liked the way she drew all the details of my clothes and even my accessories. She was also very happy to see the portrait I made for her, and her reaction was the best.

Luego de la revelación tomamos nuestra merienda bien merecida y estuvimos un rato mas charlando y viendo a los animales y demás personas del parque, pero el tiempo ya se nos agotaba y comenzamos a recoger todo para emprender nuestro viaje a casa de nuevo. Pero no sin antes compartir un rico café en el centro comercial que esta al lado del parque, fue un día muy especial justo como suelen ser mis salidas con mi amiga Sue, hablar con ella y estar en su compañía siempre es muy reconfortante y tranquilo, espero mucho nuestro próximo encuentro y que haremos en esa nueva ocasión.

Te quiero mucho Sue! Un abrazo para ti.

After the revelation, we had our well-deserved snack and spent some more time chatting and watching the animals and other people in the park, but time was running out and we began to pack everything up to start our journey home again. But not before sharing a delicious coffee at the shopping center next to the park. It was a very special day, just like my outings with my friend Sue always are. Talking with her and being in her company is always very comforting and peaceful. I am really looking forward to our next meeting and what we will do on that new occasion.
