Esta mañana después de trotar media hora en la urbanización donde ella vive, preparamos un rico desayuno de arepa de yuca con perico revuelto, un rico desayuno y nutritivo qué nos aporta al momento de ejercicios que estamos experimentando,nada mejor que hacer ejercicio y comer bien.

After a delicious breakfast I stayed sharing with my mother-in-law for a while where we had the opportunity to talk about many things, we almost never talk and I think it was the time to have confidence with her and laugh, I think that once you smile with a person and trust is another and I loved having this opportunity with her to generate a bond of friendship and familiarity.

Después de rico desayuno me quedé compartiendo junto a mi suegra un rato dónde tuvimos la oportunidad hablar muchas cosas, casi nunca hablamos y creo que era el momento para poder tener confianza con ella y reír, creo que una vez que uno sonríe con una persona ya la confianza es otra y me encantó tener esta oportunidad junto a ella para poder generar un lazo de amistad y familiaridad.

The conversation was so pleasant that my mother-in-law was encouraged to make lunch, a delicious chicken with mashed potatoes and caesar salad and french fries, something very special, because according to her children she no longer cook, so I was very pleased that she was encouraged by my presence.

La conversación fue tan agradable qué mi suegra se animó a realizar el almuerzo, un rico pollo con puré y ensalada césar y papas fritas, algo muy especial, porque según sus hijos ella ya no cocinan, por lo cual me agradó mucho que se animara ante mi presencia.
