TOMANDO EL TÉ CHINO CON MI FAMILIA [Esp//Eng]

Me desperté temprano de la madrugada, realizo mi aseo personal, voy hasta la sala a concentrarme en la meditación escuchando la frecuencia de los pájaros en los alrededores del edificio. El sol inicia la presentación de sus luces espectaculares. El sol sale para todos y no existe en el espacio ninguna nube que lo obstaculice. Son espectaculares los rayos auríferos del gran astro con los que me entrega su energía vitalizante, es maravilloso este encuentro y disfrutarlo en la paz que siente en el exterior, también es placentero disfrutar la paz que siente en el interior del espíritu.
Me activo con la meditación, leo algún libro y me pongo a escribir un poema, mi brazo se mueve con el lápiz sobre el cuaderno como si lo dirige un personal del espacio luminoso donde el Sol tiene todo poder para iluminar el sistema de mi humanidad. Culmino la escritura y leo lo que escribo.

I woke up early in the morning, I do my personal hygiene, I go to the living room to concentrate on meditation listening to the frequency of the birds in the surroundings of the building. The sun starts to present its spectacular lights. The sun rises for everyone and there is no cloud in space to obstruct it. The golden rays of the great star with which it gives me its vitalising energy are spectacular. It is wonderful to meet it and enjoy the peace it feels on the outside, it is also pleasant to enjoy the peace it feels within the spirit.
I activate myself with meditation, I read a book and I start to write a poem, my arm moves with the pencil on the notebook as if it were directed by a staff from the luminous space where the Sun has all the power to illuminate the system of my humanity. I finish writing and read what I write.

Cierro el cuaderno y coloco el lápiz sobre el cuaderno. Me pongo a pensar, ¿cuál es el plan para el día de hoy? Coordino y ordeno. “En la tarde voy a invitar a tomar Té chino a mis descendientes, Natalia, Irina y mi nieto Alejandro”. Esa es la decisión que tome para solidarizar mi espíritu en una sana, animada y espectacular familiaridad.
Nos sentamos en la mesa para almorzar y les invité a tomar Té en la avenida Salvador Feo La Cruz. La proposición fue aprobada por unanimidad.
¿Quién invita? Pregunto con duda Natalia @soy-laloreto. Mi respuesta fue diáfana y concisa.
-Yo estoy invitando. Alejandro levantó su cuello elevando su cara con una despierta y alegre sonrisa. Elevo sus brazos.
-Qué bueno. Así dijo. Nos retiramos de la mesa, se recogió la loza, se colocó en el fregadero, se lavó y se colocó en su lugar para su protección y seguridad higiénica.

I close the notebook and place the pencil on the notebook. I think to myself, what is the plan for today? I coordinate and tidy up. -That's good. So he said. We left the table, the crockery was picked up, placed in the sink, washed and put in its place for protection and hygienic safety.

Me retiré hasta la habitación, mis hijas se desplazaron a realizar sus actividades y Alejandro se quedó en el televisor con un videojuego.
Son las cinco de la tarde me doy una ducha y me dedico a prepararme para la cita del Té asiático.
Informo a la familia que estoy listo para bajar a tomar el té oriental. Se movilizan como unas saetas, parecen unos bumeranes. Ya están prestas y dispuestas a bajar, Alejandro se apodera del manojo de llaves y nos trepamos en ascensor para descender. Bajamos y salimos a la avenida…
Cruzamos la avenida, y llegamos rápidamente al lugar porque está a dos cuadras de nuestra residencia. Naguanagua es una ciudad que tiene lugares muy especiales, por acá en la urbanización La Granja, existe un amplio abanico de oportunidades donde se puede disfrutar sanamente de cualquier alimento que se necesite.

I retired to the bedroom, my daughters went off to do their activities and Alejandro stayed at the television with a video game.
It is five o'clock in the afternoon, I take a shower and get ready for the Asian Tea date.
I inform the family that I am ready to go down for the oriental tea. They move like arrows, they look like boomerangs. They are ready and willing to go down, Alejandro takes hold of the bunch of keys and we climb into the lift to go down. We get off and go out onto the avenue...
We cross the avenue, and quickly arrive at the place because it is two blocks from our residence. Naguanagua is a city that has very special places, here in the urbanisation of La Granja, there is a wide range of opportunities where you can enjoy any food you need in a healthy way.

Este es un pequeño lugar donde me consigo con sorpresas que me hacen eyectar de la realidad.

Preguntan por unos sabores que acompañan al té, el personal del servicio responde.

Irina @iritere pide un Té de Arándanos y manzana verde
Natalia @soy-lsloreto solicita un té de coconut con Tapioca
Alejandro @alejandroloreto, exige un té de strawberry con pop. Yo necesito saborear con un yogur con okinagua, me responden que se agotó el yogur, me ofrecen mango, digo no. Pero me otorgan la oportunidad para que disfrute un té crema de almendras con okinagua.
Son cuatro sabores diferentes donde probamos en familia un sorbito de cada deliciosa bebida.

This is a small place where I find surprises that make me escape from reality.

-Let's see what they have to offer," says Irina @iritere.
They ask for some flavours to go with the tea, the service staff replies.

Irina @iritere asks for a Cranberry and green apple tea.
Natalia @soy-lsloreto asks for a Coconut tea with Tapioca.
Alejandro @alejandroloreto, asks for a strawberry tea with pop. I need to savour with a yoghurt with okinagua, they reply that the yoghurt is out of stock, they offer me mango, I say no. But they give me the opportunity to have a strawberry tea with pop. But they give me the opportunity to enjoy an almond cream tea with okinagua.
There are four different flavours where we try a sip of each delicious drink as a family.

Las miradas resplandecieron de felicidad. La meta que me propuse en la mañana se cumplió, el evento es para multiplicar los sabores del té chino y que se trasmute en más y mucha más felicidad familiar. Se cumplió la meta.
En el más antiguo deseo asiático digo, Namaste. Cuando sumo felicidades en mi familia y mis amistades, considero esto como una prodigiosa bendición.

The looks of happiness glowed in our eyes. The goal I set myself in the morning was achieved, the event is to multiply the flavours of Chinese tea and that it is transmuted into more and much more family happiness. The goal was achieved.
In the oldest Asian wish I say, Namaste. When I add happiness in my family and friendships, I consider this as a prodigious blessing.
