Web Of Deceit
Welcome Beautiful Sunday
Day off taken at least once weekly away from mundane events in life to self-assess, what transpired of late.
Keeping out of mischief, daily chores always appear when least expected or clarification. Heads up to those who utilize Facebook for advertising small business (@lizelle and @fionasfavourites), Meta/Facebook are now demanding facial recognition or taking your site down. Some I know who use this platform should be aware, for me it's no big problem having moved most connections on Web.2 to Web.3, troublesome when it's not really legal by what I can see, well not for us in South Africa.
Welcome To Facebook Farce
Having used Facebook as easy access to family or friends locally and overseas when hubby died I did notify them and issued Death Certificate to have his account removed recently, last I looked it had been done. Going in to remove my own account simply got this notification, so be aware here today, gone tomorrow. Check local legal requirements where you live!

Watching this spider waiting for it's daily catch (this photo taken on cell phone by son) my camera did not play well with my capture.
Makes one think how tied up each individual is of late with, everything is connected, insurance, banking, medical all want you on an App., track and trace through many towns and cities taking your image on close circuit cameras, where has privacy gone?
Back to my own photography during the week, mulling life over methinks.
The Cattleya orchid still in full bloom I took a photo looking down into fern garden where this orchid thrives within the leaves of the Stag horn fern, sharing space with another orchid now showing signs of a new stem sprouting. It needs moving once again, spilling out too much from the tree, finding the right spot!?
Birds ever present, all in good company, one is able to chat with a familiar chat currently visiting more regularly.
Butterflies present hiding beneath leaves or out in the open, thrilled each time to capture the tapestry of life in a garden made up of so many.
Out in the open sunning oneself.
Hidden under a leaf, sorry I did see you with the white reflecting against the leaf.
Or simply sitting still blending in...
We deal with life in a variety of ways, how we react or reflect our inner feelings, most try remain positive through thick and thin, Everyone, have a wonderful new week ahead, thanks for visiting.

Hello, dear friend @joanstewart, good afternoon.
You're doing so well to take a day off from all your obligations and take beautiful photos of the beautiful nature you have there. It's definitely an excellent way to recharge your batteries to face the days ahead.
Have a beautiful Sunday. Have a happy and prosperous week.
Days appear to melt away too quickly, spending time outdoors brings joy seeing life through different eyes. Sunday was wonderful, now to start another week will try pop in when time allows. Love to the family and take care.
I am completely against this new push for getting your biometrics. There is no way it can be good for the individual
Have been tossing idea around to removing myself for a long time.
Glad I held on over the last couple of months, only contact I was able to make use of with associates/friends of RJ's, no good reason to leave open.
In London 2005 friends showed me how many cameras were in use, made me get the shits with the idea back then already.
I feel justified having never had a Facebook account and was never even tempted because I had no interest. The people I value I phone and stay in contact with and everyone else is not important. Most people do not care what you are doing so why bother keeping them in the loop. This is a fake type of recognition and people are gullible to believe others care and want to know.
Those that really matter I have phone numbers or emails to make contact, used to pop into FB briefly once a week to check messages from overseas.
Never used phone App for Messenger or other as my late husband did. Super fake lifestyle online, not exactly who people are.
It looks like facebook have copied Hivewatchers in getting people to verify themselves!
Pathetic, rather walk away, cauldron of crap on the best of days.
Yes a good way of describing it!
No FB here, and also no FB for papilloncharity, as if people want the latest info, then they can simply visit the Papillon website.

Three years ago I dismantled my website after nasty incident, went onto remove most Web.2 connections, FB was the only one due to friends and family abroad, now that is gone will not be missed on my side, still disgusted with the manner and attitude in which they think everyone must simply fall into step with their demands.
I have never liked talk shops, and you did the right thing to cancel all your sites. Another risk is also that scammers can hijack an account and pose like the owner to ask people for money. It happened to one of my friends.
Many have had bad encounters online, always need to be alert with scams.
AI is the new scammers paradise.

Come get MOONed!
Coming soon to Australia I'm guessing. In December we have the deadline for social media companies to make us prove our age, which I suspect will be facial recognition.
Beautiful nature photos. A reminder for us to ignore all the digital stress and return to the real world
They send you emails to tell you they only accept facial recognition on noreply, makes sense. Rather download your site and deleted yourself before they do.
Nature is far more entertaining!
I don't have much of a presence on there anyway. The main thing I would want it for is a co-op which also does an email, so I can carry on with that afterwards.
Always good to have a plan B these sites are dodgy.
I am glad to have stopped using Facebook or whatever new name it has been changed to.
Privacy is non existent with the likes of Facebook sadly and the data exploit keeps getting worse.

Problem never stops there, South Africans tend to rely on WhatsApp another Meta product, who knows for how long. Did try Telegram not many interested in change, Discord also not the beginning and end for connecting. What's next we shall have to see!
Good morning, lady @joanstewart
You must have a beautiful garden at home. You always show us beautiful photographs of nature and wildlife.
Beautiful photographs.
Have a happy week.
Garden is a place to escape everyday, have a lovely week as well.
I can relate to the frustration of trying to manage online accounts, especially for loved ones who have passed. It's so true that the digital world can create a lot of stress. Your photos of the natural world are a beautiful reminder of where true peace and authenticity can be found.
Definitely don't enjoy manner in which business currently runs, one has to question everything at every turn of late. Being outdoors enjoying nature is the only outlet one knows is reality.
What if you just deactivate? I've never checked the setting of this app anymore and I think there's a lot that I'm not aware of.😬
I was going in to take the account down with no further purpose for it. Now they have blocked it, I will check that it is properly removed with my sister still able to check for me.
If you not using any platform, remove them from your phone and PC, it makes your life a little safer.
