Curculionoidea [SPA/ENG]

Ayer en la mañana, encontré a este pequeño dentro de casa y al verlo un tanto perdido, decidí llevarlo a otro lado. Lo tomé con cuidado e intenté hacer lo que usualmente hago con los insectos, dejarlo en la ventana y esperar hasta que, mostrara signos de ir a otro sitio. Sin embargo, con él no funcionó y en vista de ello, decidí fotografiarlo, hacer una búsqueda visual y así averiguar el nombre de su especie.

Yesterday morning, I found this little guy inside the house and seeing him a bit lost, I decided to take him somewhere else. I took him carefully and tried to do what I usually do with insects, leave him in the window and wait until he showed signs of going somewhere else. However, with him it didn't work and in view of that, I decided to photograph him, do a visual search and thus find out the name of his species.

Tomando en cuenta la información que hallé, decidí llevarlo a la planta más cercana y una vez más, me quedé esperando para ver su reacción. Al principio tardó un poco, había mucho viento afuera y la planta se movía demasiado, yo estaba algo preocupada por él, realmente no quería que se cayera o algo por el estilo, pero no tardé en notar lo hábil que era con sus patas y lo bien que se aguantaba de las hojas.

Taking into account the information I found, I decided to take him to the nearest plant and once again, I waited to see his reaction. At first it took him a while, it was very windy outside and the plant was moving too much, I was a little worried about him, I really didn't want him to fall or anything like that, but it didn't take me long to notice how dexterous he was with his legs and how well he was holding on to the leaves.

Después de un rato y mientras me encontraba algo distraída, se fue. Empecé a ver por los alrededores para intentar hallarlo, pero no lo vi por ningún lado. A decir verdad, fue mi primera vez pasando tanto rato con un insecto y resultó muy interesante, antes solía evitarlos porque me daban miedo... Hoy en día, trato de actuar más allá de ello y esto ha traído cambios positivos en mi vida, pero sigo trabajando en ello.

After a while and while I was a bit distracted, he left. I started looking around to try to find him, but he was nowhere to be seen. To tell the truth, it was my first time spending so much time with an insect and it was very interesting, before I used to avoid them because they scared me... Nowadays, I try to act beyond it and this has brought positive changes in my life, but I'm still working on it.
