Morning walk and mushrooms

avatar

My next morning's walk in the forest, the deeper into the forest I go, the more mushrooms I find. I don't know the names of these mushrooms, but I like that I can photograph them now because there are not many insects anymore to take proper macro pictures.

But ..but when I was look some mushrooms in internet , I think this one what I have in my first photo is - Estonia name Veinpunane pilvik and English name (Russula vinosa) .... I hope I am not wrong :)) this info there say also that Wine-red boletus is a good edible mushroom that does not require cooking... I not know how true it is , but I hope I am right :))

I was use here my Sony A6000
I was use here my Sony E 30 mm macro lens

I would never eat (or touch) a mushroom that I am not 100 % sure that it is not poisonous. Boletus are edible and yummy, at least when cooked, but the one in these pictures does not look like a boletus to me, as far as I know all boletus have the spongy spores and not the gills like this one. But don't take my word for it, just be cautious!

Thank you!! .... And yes we have also rule here in forest, if you not know what it is, not take it up and not eat it, or it be your last time you walk in forest :)) I know how looks the chanterelle well, and Kaseriisikas (Lactarius torminosus) , and also Kuuseriisikas (Lactarius deterrimus) :)) I take them every summer end lot up :))

Once again you found mushroom on your way, I love the macro shot. But it should be eaten only when we are 100% sure of its family and whether edible or not.

Bring up more such macro shots.

Cheers.
