I feel fresh

Sunday has started warm here, even so warm that plants and new flowers are coming out quickly, which want to get light quickly due to the strong sun.
In the garden I see fast how Rhubarb has started to grow quickly, it is always among the first edible plants to come quickly and becomes a big bush in the middle of summer.

This plant Rhubarb have a very sour taste, but it is very good in cakes and in many desserts, a plant that is good to use as a supplement in meals, but don't eat it straight away, you have to process this plant a bit first.

I be soon back to post more, I have soon more things out in garden, and soon I have lot garden bugs back :))

Beautiful shots.

I did not know that it's an edible flower/plant......interesting, I would like to know how do u process it to make it suitable as a supplement in meals.

Great shots!
As a child I used to eat rhabarb at my grandma's place. Usually a bit raw but mostly cooled with a little bit of sugar.

Yes when I was young too ... I was eat it also lot what sugar :))) but now when I am older, I not very like it in raw :)))

I remember how in the 1980s we children loved to chew this sour rhubarb. Probably something was missing in the body :)

The leaves of this plant must be eliminated, they say they are toxic, but it can be used edibly as you say, I like the color, it is a beautiful flower.

This Sunday from our side also started so warm and hot. Do you know that this will be the first time I will actually be hearing about that plant called rhubarb. The type of flowers have this appearance whereby flowers are embedded in it also
