OMG - What is this? I have never seen this fish with circles.

I don't know if this helps, but the picture was taken at the diving location north of Gili Meno in Indonesia.

Juvenile Sweetlips Detlev another fish that looks nothing like it’s adult version this one is a bit of a teenager they have more dark splotches when they are younger and swim around as if they are high on drugs.

Yeah this one was in the same spot as Mantis shrimp but this was way more fast swimming and not easy to catch with my GoPro
