A few days ago, the school where I spent most of my life celebrated its 114th anniversary.

I received an invitation to a coffee gathering in the library, where we would be reading poetry.

I went in, sat down with my mother and her friend, we were served coffee, and we each took a poem from the center of the table.

The one I chose was titled "114 Years of Light," it was beautiful and very moving.

A while later, after waiting for the coffee to cool down a bit, I tasted it, and I can say it's the best coffee I've ever had.

So pure, you could taste the coffee bean, and it had just the right amount of sugar.

Definitely, giving up sugar has been the best decision of my life because thanks to it, I can now truly appreciate the flavor of coffee.

It's amazing that a decision that takes so many years to make can have such a significant impact. It completely transforms any culinary experience.

While enjoying my delicious coffee and cookies, I listened to the poems being read.

Among them was one by a woman who knew the old school. She told us about its beginnings, as well as sharing a thoughtful message about education today.

I'm thinking of making a short video for YouTube about it because it was truly a beautiful experience.

Then it was my turn to read. I read my poem, but I must admit that reading in public makes me a little nervous.

Despite that, I enjoyed it very much.

I hope it happens again, and if not, it's given me an interesting idea to do with friends.
