En la unión esta la fuerza, pero alguno debe llevar la batuta.

Así dice un dicho o refrán, que en la unión esta la fuerza, pero aunque no todos están en esa unión, pero si se puede con los que si se unen.
Sucedió que en la comunidad donde vivo se presento un problema grande con la sub-estación de energía eléctrica, que causo que pasáramos como dos días sin energía, que luego fueron racionando, si nos tocaba de día, de noche no y viceversa.
Pero luego se sumo a esa situación otra de la cual ya venia pasando hace tiempo, que el domingo pasado nuevamente se desprendió o despego la guaya o cable del transformador de un poste que esta frente a un preescolar diagonal a mi casa. Ya como un mes paso lo mismo y cuando se reporto que vinieron de noche me dijeron ya que yo estaba ahí, que teníamos que comprar el cable, porque la empresa no tenia, si así mismo, dije bueno sera.
Así lo comunique a los vecinos los cual nos afectaba esta situación que eran como 14 casas, les dije todo lo que me dijeron los de la empresa.
Esa reparación que hicieron ellos, no era digamos muy estable, hasta que el domingo de nuevo se despego el cable, dije no mas, tuve que agarrar la batuta, así que cree un grupo de WhatsApp con los vecinos afectados y les plantee la situación.
Así mismo busque donde se encontraba el cable para comprarlo y se consiguió con un señor que lo tenia en 15$ el metro y eran 3 metros, es decir entonces 45$, también una grapa que tenia un costo de 25$ para un total de todo de 70$, a todas estas el cable es uno 4 ceros.
Todo esto se los participe a los vecinos en el grupo, me encargue también de recibir el pago el cual era 6.5$ a la tasa de BCV de día a pagar, yo no tenia pero conseguí prestado, lo debo, pero necesitaba remediar esto, como dije antes no todos se unieron al pago manifestando que no tenían, cuando sabemos que si porque trabajaban, pero bueno okey no iba a insistir porque me iba a molestar.
Pero si la mayoria hasta otros vecinos de otra parte cerca de la parada que no sabia, de inmediato le dije lo de la colaboracion y rápido dieron su aporte.
Aun faltaban algunos, pero hice un primer abono del pago como para asegurar el material. Al día siguiente hice el resto del pago, pero no les decía a todo el grupo solo a dos, porque si lo decía a todos, los que faltaban no iban a pagar.
Igual habíamos hecho el reporte, para que vinieran a empatar de nuevo el cable que ahí estaba, vinieron el martes en la noche, porque la cosa es que algunas casas con poca energía 110, otras no como la mía, al igual que la 220.
Como ya con lo que se tenia se había pagado y lo demás era para darles un refrigerio a esas personas al igual que a una amiga que me ayudo mucho con el reporte, me dijo que por favor les mandara algo a los operadores ya que nunca son tomados en cuenta sino con regaños, como si fueran los culpables de la situación que se presenta y es verdad, así decidí que para el sábado montar el cable que se compro, en la noche hice unos ponques.
Amaneció el sábado lloviendo y yo con las manos en la cabeza, pero paso la lluvia y la gente pudo venir, mi amiga me llama para decirme que si ya vendría así que adorne los ponques rápido. Me cambie de ropa, también prepare café y fui a comprar el refresco.
Llego el camión con la cesta, fui a recibirlo, regrese a casa a buscar el material, para que hicieran su trabajo. Estuve atenta a todo, hasta que terminaron, les ofrecí lo que les había hecho.
Después se fueron muy agradecidos con la atención y yo de que hicieron bien el trabajo, aunque queda un pendiente.
Después vino otra camioneta que mando mi amiga a buscar el refrigerio y de ñapa una bolsita de café. Que al recibirlo dijeron estar muy agradecidos.
Ahora faltaba lo otro el corta corriente con el fusible que llamamos tabaco, que no esta y no sabíamos en su lugar hay algo provisional pero no se ve muy bien, pero quedamos en el grupo que eso lo dejaríamos para el mes de julio.
Pero también hice unos ponquesitos para los vecinos que colaboraron estos no los adorne estaba cansada, pero satisfecha del grupo que si ayudo y a la vez ellos me dieron las gracias por haber organizado y que se solucionara el problema.

But then another situation arose, one that had been going on for some time, when last Sunday the cable from the transformer on a pole in front of a preschool diagonally across from my house came loose or detached again. This had already happened about a month ago, and when it was reported, they came at night and told me, since I was there, that we had to buy the cable because the company didn't have any. I said, “Okay, fine.”
I communicated this to the neighbors who were affected by this situation, which was about 14 houses, and I told them everything the company had told me.
The repair they did was not very stable, until Sunday when the cable came loose again. I said, “Enough is enough,” and I had to take charge, so I created a WhatsApp group with the affected neighbors and explained the situation to them.
I also looked for where to buy the cable and found a man who had it for $15 per meter, and it was 3 meters long, which meant $45, plus a staple that cost $25, for a total of $70. All this for a cable that is 4 zeros.
I shared all this with the neighbors in the group, and I also took care of receiving the payment, which was $6.50 at the BCV rate on the day of payment. I didn't have it, but I borrowed it. I owe it, but I needed to remedy this. As I said before, not everyone joined in the payment, saying they didn't have it, when we know they did because they worked, but okay, I wasn't going to insist because it would annoy me.
But if the majority, even other neighbors from another part near the bus stop that I didn't know, immediately told them about the collaboration and they quickly made their contribution.
There were still some missing, but I made a first payment to secure the material. The next day I made the rest of the payment, but I didn't tell the whole group, only two, because if I told everyone, those who were missing wouldn't pay.
We had also filed a report so that they would come and reconnect the cable that was there. They came on Tuesday night, because the thing is that some houses have low 110-volt power, while others, like mine, have 220-volt power.
Since what we had was already paid for and the rest was to give those people a snack, as well as a friend who helped me a lot with the report, she told me to please send something to the operators since they are never taken into account except with scolding, as if they were to blame for the situation, and it's true, so I decided that on Saturday I would set up the cable that was purchased, and in the evening I made some cupcakes.
Saturday dawned rainy, and I was at a loss, but the rain passed and people were able to come. My friend called to tell me she was coming, so I quickly decorated the cupcakes. I changed clothes, made coffee, and went to buy soda.
The truck arrived with the basket, I went to receive it, returned home to get the materials so they could do their work. I paid attention to everything until they finished, then I offered them what I had made for them.
Afterwards, they left very grateful for the attention and I was happy that they did a good job, although there is still one thing left to do.
Then another truck arrived, sent by my friend to pick up the snacks and, as a bonus, a bag of coffee. When they received it, they said they were very grateful.
Now we needed the other thing, the circuit breaker with the fuse we call “tabaco,” which is missing, and we didn't know if there was something temporary in its place, but it wasn't very clear. However, we agreed in the group that we would leave that for July.
But I also made some cupcakes for the neighbors who helped out. I didn't decorate them because I was tired, but I was satisfied with the group that helped me, and they thanked me for organizing everything and solving the problem.
