It's that season again. That season of running from one lecture venue to another, wasting transport fare to school only for a particular lecture to be canceled or shifted, doing assignments and taking impromptu tests, and doing one practical that will make you spend almost the entire day in the stuffy laboratory.
It's that season we are never happy about yet we have no other option as it is a necessity.

Since resumption, I've been one of the unlucky people to have classes almost every day. It's not funny at all but at least it's better than the previous session I usually had three to four classes daily. They said the higher you go, the tougher it becomes, and I am starting to believe this. I was happy about dropping a few courses that had nothing to do with or related to us as biologists only for more biology courses to be added in replacement for the other courses taken out. It's just more like we are doing the same thing as the number of courses offered is still the same but a step higher with the different course names.

I don't know if I should be glad we resumed, but I want to be excited about finishing in no time, I seriously can't wait cause I am even tired and still have a few more years to brush it up, only praying that we don't embark on any more indefinite strike. I am really praying against such cause I don't wanna waste any more years or time, I've got other plans for my life.
But in all of this, it's good to be back in the jungle again and continue the struggle and quest for knowledge. Uniting with friends and making new ones, socializing and all the rest that comes with schooling.
Permit me to use this opportunity to say Happy Resumption! To every Nigerian student out there.
The educational system over here isn't funny, and may not be an enjoyable one but we are trusting God to see us all through.
