It does seem there are either more fires these days or I just hear about them more often with the internet and a growing network of Hive friends. Here's hoping for some regular rain and an absence of fires down there!
I just love the curved and pointy beak and the elongated tail! Such cool visitors!

Oh yes, definitely an increase in the count of fires over here, and it's a very costly affair to keep the helicopters in the air.
Thing is that we are in a winter raining area, so rain is minimal here now in the summer season.
