Female Empowerment - Cause of Femicide?/Empoderamiento Femenino -¿Causa de Feminicidio?.[Eng-Esp]

Nowadays women, nothing stops them, there are Entrepreneurs, Professionals, Managers, etc, they develop in an endless number of activities that move today's society.
Nor can we forget the housewives who are the main link of the family, since they have countless professions at the same time, often without having graduated from anything.

A while ago, not so far away, there are still many places and countries where women are marginalized, but today, it can be said that women are empowered, liberated, broke with all the stereotypes that have and will have.

Analyzing all this and looking at the unthinkable figures of current femicide, the statistics are high and I don't want to get involved in a specific country, but at a global level, I also don't want to play with numbers and allude to accuracy because they move quickly and I don't want to make the mistake of falsifying data.
I wonder ¿is female empowerment one of the main cause of this appalling fact?

We are not going to say that women do not need the male figure, that is impossible, but the fact that they are more independent, in many homes is not essential and that, is a question that terrifies many men.

Analyzing, without being a professional of psychology, although within my career as a health professional I have studied it, female empowerment overshadows men in many areas and that becomes evident.

In a macho society like mine, where there are many women leaders, I have observed that men do not like to be given orders, they accept them but with disdain.
Sometimes there are meetings, assemblies, parties, where the man stays at home to take care of the children, since his position as a worker demands it and he cannot afford to be absent.
Households, where the only economic input is the woman for whatever reason, which gives her the opportunity and responsibility to be the administrator.

Singers, artists,professionals, that their work schedule is at night and they arrive late or have to sleep out for obvious reasons.
In short, if I start listing all the opportunities where women have gained a foothold in society, it would not end.

What is my point of reflection and by the way I am 100% feminist and like all I have won a position within society. What I notice, in my country, my environment, is that there is no work within the communities, I am sure that the programs are created, shaped, but it is not done.

I think that although the social balance of both sexes is notorious, it must be worked from the psychological point of view, since these transformations take place within a purely macho society where there are many men who refuse to accept that females are an important part in the development of any activity.

I cannot help but make this clarification, which is also another point that I think is important, as a woman is immersed in her development, she is no longer available all the time at home, which leads to her neglecting her marital relationship many times and sometimes even with the children.

I've been doing this analysis for a long time, since the numbers started to skyrocket.
I thought of this as the main cause that triggers the others, since from the liberation of women a new way of thinking was born.

** How can we put a new positive spin on Statistics without women not returning to the networks?**
Talking about prevention and consequences, that would be another important topic for another post, if you are as concerned about this topic as I am.

Hoy en día a las féminas, no las detiene nada, están las Emprendedoras, las Profesionales, las Directivas, etc, se desarrollan en un sin fin de actividades que mueven la sociedad de hoy.

No podemos tampoco olvidar a las amas de casa que son el eslabón principal de la familia, ya que tienen un sin número de profesiones a la vez, muchas veces sin haberse graduado de nada.

Hace un tiempo, no tan lejano, todavía hay muchos lugares y países donde la mujer es marginada, pero en la actualidad, en el hoy, se puede decir que la Mujer se empodera, se liberó, rompió con todos los estereotipos habidos y por haber.

Analizando todo esto y mirando las cifras impensadas de feminicidio actuales, las estadísticas son altas y no quiero enfrascarme en un país en específico, sino a nivel mundial, tampoco quiero jugar con números y hacer alusión a exactitud porque se mueven con rapidez y no quiero cometer el error de falsear datos.

Me pregunto ¿es el Empoderamiento femenino una de la causa principal de este espantoso hecho?
No vamos a decir que a la mujer no le hace falta la figura masculina, eso es imposible, pero el echo de que es más independiente, en muchos hogares no es imprescindible y eso, es una cuestión que aterra a muchos hombres.

Analizando, sin ser una profesional de la psicología, aunque dentro de mi carrera como profesional de la salud lo haya estudiado, el empoderamiento femenino opaca al hombre en muchos ámbitos y eso se hace evidente.

En una sociedad machista como la mía, donde hay muchísimas mujeres dirigentes, he observado que al hombre no le gusta que le den órdenes, las acepta pero con desdeño.

En ocasiones se realizan reuniones, asambleas, fiestas, donde el hombre se queda en casa al pendiente de los niños, ya que su posición como trabajadora lo exige y no puede darse el lujo de ausentarse.

Hogares, donde la única entrada económica es de la mujer por cualquier razón, lo que le da la oportunidad y responsabilidad de ser la administradora.

Cantantes, artistas, profesionales, que su horario de trabajo es en la noche y llegan a altas horas o tienen que dormir fuera por razones obvias.

En fin si me pongo a enumerar todas las oportunidades donde la mujer ha ganado campo dentro de la sociedad no terminaría.

Cual es mi punto de reflexión y por cierto soy 100% feminista y como todas he ganado un puesto dentro de la sociedad. Lo que noto, en mi país, mi entorno, es que no se trabaja dentro de la comunidades, estoy segura que están los programas creados, conformados, pero no se hace.

Considero que aunque es notorio el equilibrio social de ambos sexos, se debe de trabajar desde el punto psicológico, ya que esas transformaciones suceden dentro de una sociedad netamente machista donde existen muchos hombres que se niegan a aceptar que las féminas son parte importante en el desarrollo de cualquier actividad.

No puedo dejar de hacer esta aclaración que también es otro punto que creo importante, al estar la mujer inmersa en su desarrollo, ya no está disponible tiempo entero en el hogar, lo que da lugar a que descuide muchas veces su relación marital y hasta a veces con los hijos.

Este análisis lo vengo haciendo hace mucho, desde que se empezaron a disparar los números.
Pensé en esto como la causa principal que desencadena a las otras, ya que de la liberación de la mujer nació una nueva forma de pensamiento.

¿Cómo lograr darle un nuevo giro positivo a las Estadísticas sin que la Mujer no regrese a las cadenas?

Hablar de prevención y consecuencias, eso ya sería otro tema importante para otro post, si es que le preocupa tanto como a mi este tema.
