Nice pictures I took at the castle "San Carlos de Borromeo" [eng/esp]

Hello friends of this community. I hope you are having a good week, today I stop by to show you these nice pictures I have from when I visited the San Carlos de Borromeo castle a few weeks ago.

For those who are not from Margarita Island or do not know this castle, located in Pampatar, I tell you that it is very emblematic and historical for the island. In its years it was used to defend the island from pirates, it is also a national historical monument.

Hola amigos de esta comunidad. Espero que estén teniendo una buena semana, hoy paso por acá para enseñarles estas bonitas fotos que tengo de cuando visité el castillo San Carlos de Borromeo hace algunas semanas.

Para los que no son de la isla de Margarita o no conocen este castillo, ubicado en Pampatar, les cuento que es muy emblemático e histórico para la isla. En sus años fue utilizado para defender la isla de los piratas, además es un monumento histórico nacional.

Today it is a place very visited by tourists, and that its incredible view is indisputable. There is no way to go to Pampatar and not visit this place. I have been there a lot of times and the view of the sea, the streets of Pampatar and the pier never ceases to amaze me.

This time it was not so crowded, so I was able to take these pictures of the view and the towers at the corners of the castle, a place where many people from Pampatar or tourists take pictures, since as I said it is a very well known and important place.

We stayed about half an hour, where I also took advantage of the breeze waving the Venezuelan flag to take some pictures, which I certainly loved. The sun illuminating the photo, a lot of the colors of the flag, I feel that makes it look beautiful.

Hoy en día es un lugar muy visitado por turistas, y que su increíble vista es indiscutible. No hay forma de ir a Pampatar y no visitar este lugar. He ido un montón de veces y no deja de sorprenderme la vista al mar, a las calles de Pampatar y al muelle.

Esta vez que fuimos no estaba tan lleno, por lo que pude tomar estas fotos a las vistas y a las torres de las esquinas del castillo, lugar donde muchísimos margariteños o turistas tienen fotos, ya que como dije es un lugar muy conocido e importante.

Estuvimos algo así como media hora, donde también aproveché de la brisa que ondeaba la bandera de Venezuela para tomarle unas fotos, que sin duda me encantaron. El sol que ilumina la foto, un montón de los colores de la bandera, siento que eso hace que se vea hermoso.

This castle has been rebuilt several times since its construction in 1622, but I still find it has a very striking architecture, especially with the towers on the corners and its entrance, where you have to cross a small bridge to get to the castle.

Listening to the waves of the sea, taking some pictures while the sun was shining, and appreciating these beautiful views of Margarita Island from a castle, is undoubtedly something unique and an incredible experience. Thanks for reading this post I hope you liked it!

Este castillo ha sido reconstruido varias veces desde su construcción en 1622, pero de igual forma me sigue pareciendo que tiene una arquitectura muy llamativa, sobre todo con las torres en las esquinas y su entrada, en donde tienes que cruzar un pequeño puente para llegar al castillo.

Escuchar las olas del mar, tomar algunas fotos mientras me daba el sol, y apreciar estas bellas vistas de la isla de Margarita desde un castillo, sin duda es algo inigualable y una experiencia increíble. Gracias por leer este post ¡Espero que les haya gustado!
