Desfile y Bazar Rosa en la Isla de Margarita 2025 [esp/eng]

El 19 de octubre se conmemora el Día Internacional de Lucha contra el Cáncer de Mama. Además de que todo el mes de octubre es considerado el mes rosa, para concientizar sobre el cáncer de mama, mes en el que podemos ver muchos lugares llenos de rosa, campañas y actividades, marcas cambiando sus logos a colores rosados y otras cosas, todo esto con varios propósitos, pero unos de los más importantes es promover la detección temprana y concientizar sobre la enfermedad. En la isla de Margarita, este año, el 19 de octubre, en el Centro Comercial Parque Costazul tuvo lugar el desfile y bazar rosa de este año, al cual tuve la oportunidad de ir y les quiero contar que tal.

October 19th is the International Breast Cancer Awareness Day. Besides that the whole month of October is considered the pink month, to raise awareness about breast cancer, month in which we can see many places full of pink, campaigns and activities, brands changing their logos to pink colors and other things, all this with several purposes, but one of the most important is to promote early detection and raise awareness about the disease. In Margarita Island, this year, on October 19, at the Parque Costazul Shopping Center, the pink parade and bazaar took place, I had the opportunity to go and I want to tell you how it was.

Lo principal viene siendo el desfile, pero como les dije, también hay bazar, en el cual varios emprendedores tienen la oportunidad de estar, poner su stand y apoyar la causa. Vi muchos stands de accesorios, ropa, lazos, plantas y muchos otros. Un bonito lugar para comprar un pequeño detalle. Y empezó el desfile, en el cual, las mujeres a desfilar son pacientes oncológicas. Todo empezó con un opening que dio una academia de baile que queda en el mismo Costazul, y después de su baile, le dieron la bienvenida a las personas, contaron los patrocinadores y aliados del evento y luego empezó la primera pasarela.

The main thing is the parade, but as I said, there is also a bazaar, in which several entrepreneurs have the opportunity to be, put their booth and support the cause. I saw many stands of accessories, clothing, ribbons, plants and many others. A nice place to buy a small detail. And the parade began, in which, the women to parade are oncology patients. Everything began with an opening given by a dance academy that is in the same Costazul, and after their dance, they welcomed the people, told the sponsors and partners of the event and then began the first catwalk.

En total eran 11 mujeres, y todas salieron a desfilar con una actitud muy bonita mientras las presentaban. Hablaban un poco de ellas y decían su frase favorita, además de que estaban vestidas con ropa muy linda. Luego entre desfile y desfile pasaron a cantar unas chicas. Y empezó la segunda pasarela, la cual fue mi favorita por la ropa, ya que tenían pinturas de la Virgen del Valle, de San José Gregorio Hernández, y en colores rosados, por lo que llamaba bastante la atención. Me tuve que ir después de esta pasarela, pero por las redes sociales me enteré de que hubo una tercera pasarela en la cual cerraron el evento, tiraron confeti rosado, pasaron más cantantes y otras cosas.

In total there were 11 women, and they all came out to parade with a very nice attitude as they were being introduced. They talked a little about themselves and said their favorite phrase, and they were dressed in very nice clothes. Then between the parade and the parade, some girls started to sing. And the second catwalk began, which was my favorite because of the clothes, since they had paintings of the Virgin of the Valley, of San José Gregorio Hernández, and in pink colors, so it was quite eye-catching. I had to leave after this catwalk, but through the social networks I found out that there was a third catwalk in which they closed the event, they threw pink confetti, more singers and other things.
