Hola hivers ✨ bienvenidos a mi blog, un gusto saludarlos nuevamente espero se encuentren bien. Comenzamos está semana con las mejores energías para compartir el primer post de este reto #HiveAroundTheWorld el cual me tiene sumamente emocionada y sobre todo por qué el contenido a compartir nos permitirá explorar un poco más de los lugares y ciudades al rededor del mundo, además de que las temáticas me van a motivar mucho a cumplir con el reto sí te quieres unir aquí te dejaré el post.

Cuando hablamos de algo que representa a la ciudad en la que vivo actualmente no podemos dejar de mencionar sus hermosos lugares naturales, que en lo personal es algo que aprecio muchísimo por qué hace un hermoso contraste con la ciudad y los edificios, sí le preguntas a un caraqueño de a pie ¿Algo que represente su ciudad? Sin duda te responderán Parque Nacional Waraira Repano más conocido como el Ávila que es un parque nacional que rodea toda la ciudad de Caracas y se hace imponente antes los edificios de la ciudad, tuve la oportunidad de poder tener una de las vistas más hermosas que he capturado en una imagen y sin duda estoy enamorada de este lugar, aún tengo en mi lista de cosas por hacer subir el Ávila que es una actividad muy común en la ciudad. Hello hivers✨ welcome to my blog, a pleasure to greet you again I hope you are well. We start this week with the best energy to share the first post of this challenge #HiveAroundTheWorld which has me extremely excited and especially because the content to share will allow us to explore a little more of the places and cities around the world, plus the themes will motivate me a lot to meet the challenge if you want to join here I'll leave the post.

The first thing I did was to chop the chicken into squares and put it to sauté while I chopped the other ingredients, I used red and green pepper to give color to the recipe and also onion and garlic to take flavor, I chopped everything very well and after the chicken was golden brown I put everything in the pot to integrate, season with salt and ground oregano, and then I put half a cup of whole milk over the chicken and let it reduce a little and put a teaspoon of tomato paste that finished giving the touch of creaminess and color that was missing, the result is a juicy chicken with plenty of color that this time I accompanied with some buns.

When we talk about something that represents the city where I currently live we can not fail to mention its beautiful natural places, which personally is something that I appreciate very much because it makes a beautiful contrast with the city and buildings, if you ask a caraqueño on foot something that represents your city? No doubt they will answer Waraira Repano National Park better known as the Avila which is a national park that surrounds the entire city of Caracas and is imposing before the buildings of the city, I had the opportunity to have one of the most beautiful views I have captured in an image and I am certainly in love with this place, I still have on my list of things to do to climb the Avila which is a very common activity in the city.
