mushroom hunting in the dry season

Early in the morning I was already in nature to look for mushrooms I realized that the long dry weather hit my area so it was very difficult for me to get mushrooms so I went out early in the morning and hoped to get beautiful mushrooms because the weather in the morning was still cool instead of getting mushrooms the place where mushrooms usually grow was dry and barren the soil began to crack dead and barren

I didn't give up there because I knew today was Friday so I had to be able to get mushrooms to share for #fungifriday curated by @ewkaw I didn't want to miss this special moment so I kept looking in strategic places especially in areas with high humidity

I tried to look for mushrooms in the chili garden which is usually overgrown with jelly mushrooms but this time luck was not on my side the chili land was dry there were no mushrooms here it was a shame let alone growing mushrooms the chili plants were already wilted yellow almost dead because of dryness, I had been looking for mushrooms for two hours but there were still no results

On the way home I had given up and surrendered because I was tired I thought today I couldn't participate here but fate had other plans because my intentions were sincere, from a distance I saw there were dry mushrooms that were still surviving even though they were almost dead growing on a tree trunk, look at the picture below how sad this mushroom is

This mushroom has a very hard texture from my observations this mushroom is included in the strongest mushroom species and is able to survive even in the dry season, besides that I also found a mushroom carcass on a dead tree trunk not far from the previous mushroom discovery

Immediately my face changed to happy and cheerful because my search was not in vain today even though I didn't find a beautiful mushroom today at least I was able to find mushrooms and share them with friends here, hopefully friends can understand
