Ah, this is so cool! It really does look like something out of a game or movie. Love how it’s just chilling up there in the forest, all mossy and magical. Also kinda love that there’s a guy selling candles up there.

In the days of the Soviet Union, Dilijan would've had some industrial areas, but it was primarily a resort town, full of sanatoriums. So the aged population of the town now would've been left with next to nothing when the USSR collapsed, so for people like him, it's a case of making a living by relying on the remaining tourism the town sees.
It's nice to be able to support these people in some ways still, especially when it's harmless. Just contributing to the culture and tradition of the town itself.
