WEDNESDAY WALK-Paseos de otoño.[Autumn walks.]

Algo que empecé a hacer estas últimas semanas es dar unas vueltas en mi descanso del trabajo, tengo un descanso de media hora así que para despejar la cabeza del estrés laboral y el ruido constante salgo a caminar por las cercanías, hay calles muy lindas y el otoño ayuda a que sea lindo caminar por ahí.

Something that I started doing in recent weeks is walking around during my break from work. I have a half-hour break, so to clear my head of work stress and the constant noise, I go for a walk nearby. There are very nice streets and the Autumn helps make it nice to walk around.

Esto me ayuda a volver luego de mi descanso más relajada y lista para seguir trabajando un poco más, es una buena idea que también le estoy contagiando a mi compañero de trabajo jajaja, a veces tenemos juntos nuestro descanso así que podemos salir a caminar juntos a veces y charlar de diferentes cosas, despejar la cabeza.

This helps me come back after my break more relaxed and ready to continue working a little more, it's a good idea that I'm also passing on to my coworker hahaha, sometimes we have our break together so we can go for a walk together times and chat about different things, clear your head.

Cuando no es tan tarde ya que a veces mi descanso es a las 17 pero a veces a las 20 horas doy vueltas a la manzana, la zona donde trabajo es tranquila y muy movida de día, en el horario de las 17 está lleno de gente ya que como es una zona de oficinas hay muchas personas que salen de su horario o como yo están en su descanso y también salen a caminar o comprar algo.

When it is not so late since sometimes my break is at 5 p.m. but sometimes at 8 p.m. I go around the block, the area where I work is quiet and very busy during the day, at 5 p.m. it is full of people Since it is an office area there are many people who go out of their schedule or like me are on their break and also go out for a walk or buy something.

También hay varios colegios por la zona, uno secundario en frente y uno de niños a la vuelta, eso que hace que los momentos entre las 17 y las 18 este más concurrido y me siento más segura si debo caminar por ahí sola, no es que sea una zona insegura, pero si vengo con un poco de ansiedad a la hora de salir a algún lugar sola.

There are also several schools in the area, a secondary school in front and a children's school around the corner, which makes the times between 5 and 6 p.m. more crowded and I feel safer if I have to walk around alone, not that It may be an unsafe area, but I do come with a little anxiety when it comes to going out somewhere alone.

Cercano a este lugar, pero un poco más alejado por donde suelo estar está el paseo de la historieta con múltiples estatuas de figuras de los dibujos argentinos más clásicos de la época, también hay muchos turistas de mañana dando paseos, así que si es temprano es buena idea caminar por ahí, voy a intentar mantener esta costumbre de caminar un poco entre mis descansos, aunque hay días donde hace mucho frío, pero voy a intentar mantenerlo todo lo que pueda, ayuda a mi salud física y mental.
