Mi primer viaje con amigos Conociendo Cosquín. [ES/EN]

No soy una persona que salga mucho y viajar no me parece tan llamativo si debo encargarme de todo yo jaja pero hace unos meses salieron las entradas del Cosquin Rock un festival de música de dos días que se realiza en Santa María de Punilla, en la provincia de Córdoba en Argentina, cuando vi los artistas no dude en mandarle un mensaje a un amigo muy fan de la música , proponiéndole ir, a lo que accedió rápidamente jaja es lo bueno de tener amigos enérgicos con tan solo decir vamos ya dicen que sí, también sumamos más personas al viaje, a su hermana, a mi novio y a otro amigo ya que podríamos hacer recital y mini vacaciones juntos.

I'm not a person who goes out a lot and traveling doesn't seem so attractive if I have to take care of everything haha but a few months ago the tickets for Cosquin Rock came out, a two-day music festival that takes place in Santa María de Punilla, in the province from Córdoba in Argentina, when I saw the artists, I did not hesitate to send a message to a friend who is a huge fan of music, suggesting that he go, which he quickly agreed to, haha, it is the good thing about having energetic friends, just by saying let's go, they already say yes, We also added more people to the trip, his sister, my boyfriend and another friend since we could do a recital and mini vacation together.

Nuestra salida fue de retiro Buenos Aires con destino a Córdoba Cosquín, es un viaje de unas 14/15 horas en micro ya que era lo más accesible para nosotros, intentamos hacer el viaje lo más económico posible para todos.

Our departure was from the Buenos Aires retreat to Córdoba Cosquín, it is a trip of about 14/15 hours by bus since it was the most accessible for us, we tried to make the trip as economical as possible for everyone.

Este viaje tuvo mucha planificación, ya que el festival atrae a muchísima gente y los alojamientos se agotan muy rápido, sobre todo los que son más económicos.
La entradas al festival salieron en octubre y las compramos el mismo día que decidimos ir, y rápidamente empezamos a buscar alojamiento, pero para nuestra sorpresa en santa María de Punilla ya estaba todo reservado así que rápidamente empezamos a buscar alojamiento en Cosquín que es una Ciudad dentro del departamento de punilla, a unos 20 minutos aproximadamente de donde se realiza el festival.

This trip took a lot of planning, since the festival attracts a lot of people and accommodation sells out very quickly, especially the cheapest ones. The tickets to the festival came out in October and we bought them the same day we decided to go, and we quickly started looking for accommodation, but to our surprise, everything was already booked in Santa María de Punilla, so we quickly started looking for accommodation in Cosquín, which is a city Within the department of Punilla, approximately 20 minutes from where the festival takes place.

Encontramos un hotel lindo y accesible para lo que podíamos pagar, nos quedamos en total unas 3 noches y 3 días, no fue lo más barato , pero la situación es que todo estaba lleno y no había respuesta de otros lugares, esto costó bastante, estuvimos buscando alojamiento 10 días y mucha gente se maneja solo por email y todo era algo lento pero nuestra opción fue buena, teníamos desayuno disponible y la atención del lugar fue muy buena y amable, si volvemos al festival otro año me gustaría buscar algo más económico y quizás una cabaña donde podamos cocinar ya que el hotel nos obliga a salir a comer afuera y eso hace un poco más caro nuestro viaje.
Este fue nuestro primer desayuno, caminamos bastante por esas facturas jaja creo que eso hizo que sean mucho mas ricas

We found a nice and accessible hotel for what we could pay, we stayed for a total of 3 nights and 3 days, it was not the cheapest, but the situation is that everything was full and there was no response from other places, this cost a lot, we were looking for accommodation for 10 days and many people handle themselves only by email and everything was somewhat slow but our option was good, we had breakfast available and the attention of the place was very good and friendly, if we return to the festival another year I would like to look for something cheaper and perhaps a cabin where we can cook since the hotel forces us to go out to eat and that makes our trip a little more expensive. This was our first breakfast, we walked a lot for those bills haha I think that made them much tasty

La ciudad es muy linda, tiene comercios para comprar recuerdos, muchos lugares donde comer y hasta un cine al aire libre, esto fue un pendiente por que las películas que no había visto las pasaron el día del festival pero recorrer las calles de Cosquín fue hermoso, hacia mucho que no tomaba vacaciones fuera de casa y esto fue bueno para mi salud mental, algo a tener en cuanta es que en las sierras el terreno no es plano, sino que hay bajadas y subidas constantes jaja así que estas vacaciones incluyeron mucho ejercicio, los primeros dos días costo muchísimo pero después fue mejorando.

The city is very pretty, it has shops to buy souvenirs, many places to eat and even an open-air cinema. This was an issue because the films that I had not seen were shown on the day of the festival, but walking the streets of Cosquín was beautiful , I haven't taken a vacation away from home in a long time and this was good for my mental health, something to keep in mind is that in the mountains the terrain is not flat, but there are constant ups and downs haha so these vacations included a lot of exercise The first two days cost a lot but then it got better.

Lo más difícil fue buscar lugares donde cenar, en Argentina cenamos algo tarde y de vacaciones uno cena aún más tarde jajaja aproximadamente 22.30 empezamos a buscar donde comer, todo estaba lleno y eso es bueno a pesar de nuestra economía en crisis, uno de los lugares donde comimos estaba casi lleno, pero pudimos cenar unas ricas hamburguesas, es sorprendente el precio, pagamos unos 2200 pesos (6 dólares aproximadamente) la comida fue deliciosa.

The most difficult thing was looking for places to have dinner, in Argentina we ate a little late and on vacation one ate even later hahaha around 10:30 p.m. we started looking for a place to eat, everything was full and that's good despite our economy in crisis, one of the places Where we ate was almost full, but we were able to have some delicious hamburgers for dinner, the price is surprising, we paid about 2200 pesos (approximately 6 dollars) the food was delicious.

La ciudad es hermosa, las vistas a la sierra, la amabilidad de la gente y el clima fue excelente, todo el ambiente en Cosquín en febrero es festivo, ya que no solo es el Cosquín Rock, sino que hay muchas fiestas y festivales de folclore a lo largo de la provincia y todos son bienvenidos a ellas, es una gran oportunidad de viajar en esas fechas, además las opciones gastronómicas son muy amplias y accesibles para todos, lo único a tener en cuenta es buscar alojamiento con mucho tiempo, pero todo lo demás es excelente, es una gran ciudad para visitar, espero les haya gustado tanto como a mí, hasta la próxima ❤️.

The city is beautiful, the views of the mountains, the friendliness of the people and the weather was excellent, the whole atmosphere in Cosquín in February is festive (since it is not only the Cosquín Rock, but there are many parties and folklore festivals throughout the province and everyone is welcome to them) it is a great opportunity to travel on those dates, in addition the gastronomic options are very wide and accessible to all, the only thing to keep in mind is to look for accommodation with a lot of time, but everything The rest is excellent, it's a great city to visit, I hope you liked it as much as I did, see you next time ❤️.
