Daily blog-Mi lugar preferido para pasear –El barrio chino. [My favorite place to walk – Chinatown.]

Buenos Aires tiene muchos lugares donde ir a pasear, pero mi favorito es el barrio chino, tiene todo lo que me gusta en un paseo, comida rica, lugares llenos de chucherías, peluche, bazares, supermercados con cosas nuevas y ricas, además de mucho aire libre, por eso cuando una de mis amigas viene de visita ( es de la provincia de chaco) vamos a pasear algún sábado a la tarde la barrio chino y eso hicimos en nuestro fin de semana, sorprendentemente no estaba tan lleno, pero Buenos Aires esta con una ola de frio en otoño así que mucha gente prefiere no salir a la calle, a mí me gusta bastante el frio así que gorrito, polera abrigada y una parca rellena de peluchito y ya estoy lista para la aventura.

Buenos Aires has many places to go for a walk, but my favorite is Chinatown, it has everything I like in a walk, delicious food, places full of candy, stuffed animals, bazaars, supermarkets with new and delicious things, plus a lot outdoors, that's why when one of my friends comes to visit (she's from the province of Chaco) we go to walk around Chinatown some Saturday afternoon and we did that on our weekend, surprisingly it wasn't that crowded, but Buenos Aires There is a cold wave in autumn so many people prefer not to go out, I really like the cold so I bring a hat, a warm t-shirt and a parka stuffed with stuffed animals and I'm ready for the adventure.

Nuestro plan empezó haciendo un pequeño picnic en el parque, compramos comida en palitos, pedimos pollo frito, salchicha envuelta y algo de pescado y a comer, por suerte el día no estaba nublado y como estábamos caminando no hacia tanto frio y no había viento, la tarde es bastante disfrutable cuando hay sol.

Our plan began with a small picnic in the park, we bought food on sticks, we ordered fried chicken, wrapped sausage and some fish and we ate, luckily the day was not cloudy and since we were walking it was not so cold and there was no wind, the afternoon is quite enjoyable when there is sun.

Recorrimos bastante de las calles y del parque antes de empezar a entrar a comprar cosas porque básicamente ese era nuestro objetivo final además de pasar la tarde juntos 😊, saque muchas fotos y estoy con ganas nuevamente de hacer un taller de fotografía jajaja, debería hacer algo este próximo verano y dejar de postergar mis deseos, pero ahora no hay tiempo jajaja.

We walked around the streets and the park quite a bit before we started going in to buy things because basically that was our final goal besides spending the afternoon together 😊, I took a lot of photos and I'm looking forward to doing a photography workshop again hahaha, I should do something this coming summer and stop putting off my desires, but now there is no time hahaha.

Los alrededores del barrio chino son super lindos y todo tiene una estética muy marcada y potente, me gusta mucho esta zona de la ciudad, además con el furor de los patitos todo se ve mucho mejor, en Argentina (supongo que pasa en otros lados) hay una nueva moda entre grandes y chicos de usar un patito en la cabeza jajaj, nadie sabe porque, pero todos tiene uno, obvio yo compré al mío y le puse nombre, se llama Beto jaja.

The surroundings of Chinatown are super cute and everything has a very marked and powerful aesthetic, I really like this area of ​​the city, plus with the fury of the ducklings everything looks much better, in Argentina (I suppose it happens in other places) There is a new fashion among adults and children to wear a duck on their head haha, no one knows why, but everyone has one, obviously I bought mine and gave it a name, his name is Beto haha.

Cuando entramos a comprar cada uno fue por sus cosas, yo iba por pockys, que son unos palitos de masa con un relleno, que puede ser chocolate o frutilla con toques de vainilla, son super ricos, y siempre que voy me llevo una caja o dos, aproveche y compre un licor para mi mama también como un regalo. Mis amigos compraron algunos jugos y latas de bebidas que eran lindas y ramen instantáneo.

When we went in to buy, everyone went for their own things, I went for pockys, which are some sticks of dough with a filling, which can be chocolate or strawberry with hints of vanilla, they are super delicious, and every time I go I take a box or Two, take advantage and buy a liquor for my mother as a gift as well. My friends bought some juices and cans of drinks that were nice and instant ramen.

En los bazares solo dimos vueltas, estuve muy tentada en comprar peluches, pero realmente ya no tengo espacio para nada en mi casa así que deje la tentación por el momento, pero había cosas muy lindas, macetas de animalitos, pero sobre todo cientos de peluches.

In the bazaars we just walked around, I was very tempted to buy stuffed animals, but I really don't have space for anything in my house anymore so I gave up the temptation for the moment, but there were very cute things, pots of animals, but above all hundreds of stuffed animals .

Pero lo más especial de esta salida es que conocimos a otro de los miembros del grupo, resulta que este grupo se formó en pandemia, y nos hicimos amigos virtuales y poco a poco nos vamos conociendo ya que todos somos de provincias diferentes así que cuando alguien está de visita intentamos vernos, fue una tarde super divertida.

But the most special thing about this outing is that we met another member of the group, it turns out that this group was formed in a pandemic, and we became virtual friends and little by little we get to know each other since we are all from different provinces so when someone is visiting we tried to see each other, it was a super fun afternoon.
