If it is rainy season, rainwater should not enter the room and then the room should be closed from all sides. Bricks are used to prepare this kiln, wood is used, and clay is used. Clay is used as mortar and the walls are built with bricks. It is very easy to make this kiln, but it is prepared using a special method so that when the tobacco leaves are heated, the heat is neither too much nor too little, but the amount of heat is enough so that the leaves dry and are completely ready. When I saw this kiln, I asked how much is spent on it, and the owner told me that the cost of it is one crore rupees and other expenses are above.

The kiln I visited today is newly constructed and the tobacco season is just beginning. The harvest has started and this factory or kiln will become fully functional in three to four days and the tobacco leaves will start being heated here. I will give you a little view of how this kiln is constructed. As I told you, if you want to construct a low-cost kiln, then you can use mortar and you can also use raw bricks. If you want to construct this kiln for the long term, then you can also use ready-made cemented bricks and you can also cement its walls. But instead of cement, it is better to cement the car because the clay that is used absorbs heat, while the cement that is used gets very hot. So, in this way, mortar is coated on the walls and the walls are constructed in this way. In addition, the room on the front side is A furnace is built on the front side of the room, which you can also call a furnace, which you can also call a fire-burning furnace, in which fire is lit, and you are looking at that furnace wall in front of the room, which you can see as a furnace. Similarly, what is inside the room, wooden walls are built under the ceiling of the room. The wood is placed on top of the wood and they are made into a special type of table. With the help of wood, when the tobacco leaves are brought to this factory, these leaves are placed on top of the wood that is hanging under the ceiling. All the wooden tables that are made in the room are placed on top of the wood that is placed in order along the walls, and in this way the room is closed. Then the furnace or furnace that you can see outside is lit, then the fire continues to burn in this room for a certain time, and the flame of the fire burning in this furnace That room also gets hot and thus due to this heat the tobacco leaves are prepared and then they catch the heat and thus they dry out. When they are dry or they are prepared, they are then sent to big factories to be made into tobacco.

In these small local factories where tobacco leaves are prepared, dozens of workers work. Each worker is a skilled craftsman who has complete knowledge. These are not ordinary workers, but they are regular train workers who regularly work in these small-scale kilns of tobacco. In this way, these kilns are also providing business to dozens of people and in this way it is also convenient for the farmers that they take the tobacco leaves to any kiln near their area and then they are prepared there and taken to the factories.

I would also like to write here that wherever such factories are located, the people of that area will get employment, there will be prosperity among the people there and the expenses of the farmers will also be saved because if such small-scale factories are located in the same area where tobacco crops are grown on a large scale, the expenses of transporting the farmers to distant places will be saved because when the factories are located in the same place, I would also like to tell you here that there are many expenses incurred in building these factories. It costs crores of rupees and who invests these crores of rupees? These are the same investors whom I told you about in my previous article that the farmers who are forced to grow tobacco crops are forced to grow tobacco. The people who bear the expenses for growing are the same people who also set up small-scale kilns. They can be locals here or people from faraway places or other cities. They rent land here or rent a house, they rent unfinished rooms and then they turn them into a factory or kiln, and then the landlord also gets the rent, and this kiln is not for a day, but for years. In this way, if there is any land lying around, empty land, investors build factories on this land and then keep paying rent to the landowner. In this way, all these steps or all these factories, all this farming is becoming a source of employment for many. There are no such factories around my city or my village, but this factory is located about 60 kilometers away from my village and it is located in the city of Bukhara.
