And I am surprised to see that one person is working so hard and some of us are sleeping in cold rooms but still we are not happy with our income and our life. When I said to one of them that you people would have rested for some time when the heat of the sun would have subsided, then you would have loaded this straw in the truck, he said that this is the time for labor. If we refused to work, these people would have brought some other laborer and our labor would have gone because we have to feed our children and feed our children. If we do not work in this intense and scorching heat, then no one will call us for labor. So this is our compulsion. Do we have to work in 50 degrees? I also want to say here that the world is developing so fast that today, robots and artificial humans are working, but I want to write this clearly here that no artificial human will ever be able to work in this intense heat of 45 degrees Celsius. This is a proud achievement of a human being who is working in such intense heat. We should salute and greet such people because these people are hardworking people and these people are valuable people. We should be grateful to them because our factories, our businesses, and many other things in our lives are factories that cannot run without workers. These are the workers who melt gold with their hands, who work hard with their hands and build beautiful houses for us, create beautiful arts, create pictures, and decorate our homes. These are the workers who are working in the intense heat of 45 degrees Celsius.

But should we also raise awareness here that trucks should not be loaded in such a dangerous way? Does the government examine the trucks that are traveling on the road in this way and in which trucks of this diameter are heavily loaded? Straw is loaded because these trucks can cause any accident and can also cause loss of valuable goods, so we have to see this too. This truck is beautiful, the workers working in it are beautiful because they are working hard. They are loading whatever they are being told into this truck. But the driver who drives this truck and goes out on the road will climb this road at a high altitude and then take this truck down. All these scenes and any small mistake in them can cause a big accident. So we also have to make people aware that we should not load such trucks because such trucks can cause any loss of life, property and more.

I would also like to write here that we have to protect the rights of the worker in every respect, we have to respect the worker as a human being and we should not do this respect only verbally or in writing, but we have to participate in this work in practice as well. If we have to get any work done, if we have to hire a worker, then we should also take care of the weather and hire the worker when the weather is good and not worry that our work will stop or our work will not be done because the worker is forced because if a worker does not work, how will he feed his children? His children will die of hunger. So we have to take care of the health of the worker and if it is very hot, then we should tell the workers that when the weather cools down, when the sun sets, when the heat of the sun decreases, then you people have to work at that time. We should not be in any hurry because we also have to look at the worker. He has to work for his children all his life. And if we give him work in the right season at the right time, His health will also remain good and thus he can live his life in a healthy manner because in this heat when the sun is blazing, these workers can also fall ill and if a worker falls ill, how will he feed his children? We must see all these things as human beings, with compassion and humanity.

In this life, a person goes through many stages. Some people are living a life of luxury, but some people are yearning for a single meal. Some people have thousands of types of food on their table, and some people have no food on their table and they fall asleep due to hunger. We have to value every human being. If Allah has given us the ability to help someone, then we should help them. And if you have work, you hire a worker, then it will also be helpful to a worker if you allow him to work at the right time, considering the weather. If we are harsh on the worker, we will put a burden on him and do not take care of heat and cold for him, then as humans, we will be called cruel. We have to spread love. We have to act with kindness. We have to act with compassion. We have to love humanity. And love for humanity is that we embrace every human being and love them.
