Today was a very beautiful day. Today was the final result of all the children and when we reached school, the students had reached school before us. I was a few minutes late in reaching school because my motorcycle had a puncture and I had a break of about 40 minutes on the way and I reached school about 30 to 40 minutes late, but I reached school a few minutes before the scheduled time because today the annual result of the children was in school and the children were anxiously waiting after Eid for them to be promoted in the result and then they would drop out of the same class for a year and continue their studies again. Before announcing the results, we told all the students that there are both passing and failing in the exam. Children who work hard all year and study hard day and night can never fail. Yes, those children usually fail and have to spend a year in austerity classes because they do not focus on their studies and their education properly. Therefore, failure is not a substitute for success. There is a ladder and the children who will not be promoted to the next class today will definitely be promoted to the next class next year with better marks and position, God willing. Therefore, today's result will be the adornment of the success of all the children and every child will be successful in this world and in the hereafter. Before announcing today's result, we took all the children into confidence so that they remain optimistic in every way and do not get disappointed.

We all know that life is a complete test. We have to pass this test in every journey of life. When children are young, parents send them to school so that they can read and write and become good citizens. While children are getting education, they spend a part of their lives in getting education. And then some children fail. But education gives us consciousness, awareness, education is the light that helps us in every field of life. If a child is not successful in the field of education, we cannot say that he will fail in every field of the world because getting education is very important for a Muslim. Rather, it is important for every human being in the world to get education. If we look at all the progress that has been made in this world today, all the inventions that have been made, from computers to modern technology, from modern weapons to modern medicine and progress in the health sector, all these fields that are at a point of development today, it is thanks to education. If we have conquered the moon today, and if man has set foot on the moon today, and on the other planets as well. If we are engaged in the struggle to conquer, then all this is thanks to education. But education gives us awareness and helps us to move forward. But there are some people in this world who have not received education but have achieved heights of fame, wealth, respect and have made a place and they have made that place with hard work. So today, at the time of results, we tried to make the children pay attention to this thing: work hard. Children who work hard in whatever field of life they are in will be successful in it and achieve progress and elevation.

After all the necessary instructions, we started telling the results to the children. First of all, we started the ceremony with the Holy Quran and the accepted Naat Rasool. A student of class seven, whose name is Zeeshan, recited the Holy Quran beautifully and during the recitation, he recited Surah Kausar. Surah Kausar is a very beautiful form. Whoever listens to it, then peace comes to his heart. After the recitation of the Holy Quran, another child, who was from class ten, recited Naat Rasool in a very beautiful voice and by reciting Naat Rasool, he created love for Hazrat Muhammad Mustafa (peace be upon him) in the hearts of all the children. Then after Naat Rasool, we recited Durood Pak so that we can start the ceremony by reciting Durood Pak on the beloved of Allah, Hazrat Muhammad Mustafa (peace be upon him). After that, the headmaster had a beautiful conversation with the children and said that all of you children are successful, but those children who will fail today or will not be promoted in the next classes, we will give them a chance to If they want to take the promotion cadet class test after the vacation, they should start preparing now and the children who pass this promotion test will be promoted to the next classes. All the children clapped their hands and jumped with joy on hearing this because the children who were not waiting for the whole year were now given only two months to prepare thoroughly in these two months and then join the promotion test after two months and get promoted to the next class. In this way, they will save a whole year and they will start studying in the next class. Thus, when the results were announced, the results of class VI were announced first and then it was told about those children who come to school regularly throughout the year and take a prominent position in every homework class work class stitch school annual six-month performance tests. Before announcing the results of class seven and class eight, we welcomed the guests because many guests and parents of the children were coming to the school to hear the results. We made the parents sit down and praised them and thanked them for attending the school on the call of the school administration and coming to the school to hear the results of their children. We also requested all the parents to make a mandatory search of their children's copies, books and school bags every day to ensure that they are getting homework and class work from school regularly because whenever the school teacher checks the copy of his subject, he writes remarks on the child's copy on a daily basis and those remarks indicate how much work the child is completing from home or whether he is paying attention to his studies in school or not. In this way, when the parents check the copies of their children, they will make remarks on them. By reading it, they will be sure about the position of their children in school and whether they are weak or capable in studies or if they have any need or deficiency. Parents are also advised to pay attention to their children's studies because when parents pay attention to their children's homes, they will consider their studies with the attention of the children whether the child is studying in school or wasting time. In this way, the parents of the child will be in touch with the school teachers and this contact will work for the betterment of the children. In this way, we announced the results of class seven and gave prizes, medals and cash prizes to the children who came first, second and third. In this way, the guests were also given the opportunity to distribute prizes among the children so that the guests could also be encouraged and honored. In this way, the ceremony continued. I will tell you more about it in the next paragraph.

During the results, the children who were placed above the fast second third position were given the first position. The method was that each class of children had given the test of about eight subjects. If a student's marks were better than eight out of eight subjects and his aggregate was the highest, then that child was given the first position. Similarly, second and third positions were given because each subject has different marks. There was a paper of 100 marks, which was one subject, its marks were 100. Thus, there were eight subjects and there were 800 marks. This child got the highest marks out of 800 marks. This child was given the first position in the class. Similarly, the results of children from class six to class eight were made in the same order and formula. The children whose aggregate in the subjects was less than 40 marks were not promoted to the next class and the aggregate average of the children who were promoted was kept at about 55 percent so that the children who Those children who get 55 percent marks will be promoted. Similarly, those children who were regular in school, who came to school every day and did not have holidays from school, were also given prizes and encouragement and were given cash, medals and certificates. Similarly, the child who liked cleanliness, came cleanly, wore clothes, uniforms, shoes and shoes cleanly and came on time. He said that his discipline in school was good, his attitude towards teachers was good, his attitude towards his students in class was good. So we awarded all such students with prizes and certificates because if children are encouraged in every field, then those children will be successful in every field and their moral and character training will be better than ever. Similarly, children who have shown good performance in sports, so those children who have shown good performance in sports throughout the year were also awarded prizes. In this way, every field that is in a school, the curriculum and co-curricular activities, those who participate in all these activities The students were encouraged so that they could go forward and become good citizens, good students, good athletes, and good citizens of the country.

At the end of the ceremony, a tea party was given to the parents of all the children in which biscuits and samosas were arranged because when parents come to school, the school administration tries to serve them well and respect and encourage them. Thus, when the parents sat at the tea party after the results, they thanked the administration and encouraged the teachers. The parents made a firm commitment that they would walk side by side with the teachers and that they would also pay attention to the education of their children at home and would also go to the area and inform the community that this school and these teachers are training the children in a good way. Because if the teachers are encouraged and there is a good response from the parents, then the teacher's motivation also increases and the teacher works harder because the children are the children of the teacher. They are like the teachers' own children and every teacher has the responsibility to make their children the best human beings and focus on their training. Thus, this ceremony was very auspicious.
