My Peaceful Winter Walks: Enjoying Nature, Health, and Sunset Views

Some of the busyness of life is such that it does not leave a person with any work, but three days ago, my school winter vacation ended and I am currently enjoying the winter vacation, but since it is very cold in the morning, I cannot go out for a walk in the morning. So I have made a program that I go out for a walk at four o'clock every day and then walk until sunset. So today I also turned on the Active app for the first time and then you can see this picture of all the walks I have done yesterday. I walked about seven kilometers yesterday and I covered this distance in one hour and 10 minutes. But I want to tell you that when I went out for a walk, the sun was spreading its rays on the ground in a very beautiful way and it was also very cold. But in the presence of the sun's rays, the heat started to increase and the cold broke. So when I walked I started walking and when I reached the beautiful green fields passing through the cemetery, I looked around and saw greenery everywhere. When I saw greenery everywhere, a tube well was running on one side and a farmer was watering his fields. I felt thirsty and went towards this tube well to drink cool and refreshing water. My friends also took pictures of me.

Whenever I go out for a walk in the afternoon, I try to see the sunset, and the sunset is very beautiful. When the sun sets in the lush green fields and when its rays are fading, this view looks very beautiful. But I also want to tell you here that I go out for a walk with three friends. Both my friends are my cousins and they have gained a little weight. Their wish is that they will walk with me every day. We go out for a walk at around four o'clock every day, and while we walk, we try to cover a distance of seven to eight kilometers. One of the goals of our walk is to reduce the cholesterol and try to reduce the cholesterol in our body. One of our friends is also suffering from fatty liver. I told him that your fatty liver will be completely cured if you walk seven to eight kilometers every day. He agreed to take a walk and now he walks with us. We also run a little and walk very fast so that we sweat from walking fast. And I am telling you the truth that it is cold during the afternoon and we return home after sweating.

If we talk about the fields, most of the wheat crop is being cultivated in the fields and when the wheat is small and its shoots are coming out, it looks very lovely. All the green fields you are seeing around are wheat fields and when these wheat fields grow, their color will become golden and when this color becomes golden, the farmers harvest the wheat crop and in this way people get profit from their crop. Most of the people give water from tube wells because the water level here is very high and it does not cost that much, but oil is very expensive in Pakistan and people are mostly using solar tube wells and whenever we run on solar energy, then the profit is also high and when we are walking through these fields, our eyes also feel cool and the beautiful sounds of the birds sound very lovely to us.

Some fields are of grass and mustard plants. The mustard plants are very beautiful in yellow. Sometimes, bees are buzzing on their flowers and they are presenting a very lovely scene. Apart from this, some farmers who raise animals also grow grass for their animals. Thus, the wheat, grass and mustard fields look very beautiful. But to see this scene, we have to go out of the city. When I leave home, the distance from home to these fields is about two kilometers. We cover this two kilometers and then five more kilometers. Thus, these beautiful unpaved paths through the fields are very beautiful and provide peace. Whenever I go out for a walk with my friends, I have taken all these pictures in the past few days and you can see all these pictures. It is all a natural environment and on one side, you will also see the sun setting.











Whenever a person takes a small step and then this small step covers many distances and many long paths in a day, in the same way, we sometimes become very lazy. I will also say here through the basis of this article that if you are sick, you have triglycerides or you have a cholesterol disease, then you should walk for at least one hour every day. And if you walk for an hour, your cholesterol level and triglyceride liver will also become normal and you will not have heart disease. Apart from this, if you restrict yourself, you will become lazy and sit in one place and do not walk, then you will become obese, you will also have fatty liver, triglycerides, cholesterol, so the solution to all these things is only walking. So you can see the mysticism that whenever I walk, I also see beautiful natural scenery, I also enjoy the sounds of beautiful birds.
