Man is hanging between victory and defeat. In whatever field of the world he steps into, he desires to win and defeat his opponent, and for this he works hard all his life. Whatever the business of the world, man has only one desire, that he should succeed, that he should win, and similarly, the opponent he is facing also has the same desire. But who wins in the field? Only the one who has high morale wins in the field. He who does not fight for victory but stands firmly in the field, that is the one who succeeds. Sometimes it happens that even a weak opponent defeats a stronger opponent because he has courage within him. He has a lofty desire that although he is weak, he has the ability to defeat his strong opponent. Today I will tell you about such a young man who belongs to a poor family, who studies in my school and is a student of class VIII. His name is Suleiman and Suleiman's age is currently between 11 and 12 years old. Sulaiman is very tall but due to belonging to a poor family his diet is meager and the game he is most skilled in is called high jump. Sulaiman had won the zone level high jump two years ago and then after two years he won again in the zone and tehsil level high jumps of 2025 but this was the first time that Sulaiman was participating in high jump at the district level and he has achieved success at the district level and has secured the first position.

What is special about this story that I want to tell and write here is that Sulaiman belongs to a poor family and he does not have good food and facilities to train for high jump. Rather, I should say that he is not at all interested in getting advanced training in high jump. But since I am a teacher and I know that this student of mine has this ability and he can make his name in high jump at the world level. But what I am going to tell you today is that when Sulaiman first jumped high, it was two years ago and during the past two years, this student did not do any practice training and then after two years, this student has defeated players from the tehsil level to the district level. The high jump that Sulaiman made and when he won at the district level, it is understandable that this student has the ability that this student can compete in high jump at the world level and at the international level. There is potential within him, but the need is to train this child, to develop his skills so that he can participate in international competitions. I will ask all the players and coaches present at the international level to help Suleiman so that he can emerge as the best player in this game at the world level. I will also request the government of Pakistan to train Suleiman and help him so that he can participate in high-level competitions because when players are ready for competitions, their skills are seen and as a teacher, I am saying this with confidence that Suleiman has the skills that can give him a bright name at the international level.

We always see that people are looking for good players. In every field, only those who have the ability to borrow money succeed. I would like to write a few things here. There are many players who are very capable and talented, but they cannot get regular training and they do not have people who can help them and prepare them at the world level. So I am writing about Sulaiman here because Sulaiman is a very good athlete. If he is trained, he can make his name known at the world level and only we can do this. Only we can help him. And if we help him, in the coming days when this person, this student, is making his name in the world, then we will be proud that we sponsored a good player. That is how players emerge. I believe that there is no player who has not gone through difficulties. People go through financial difficulties, physical difficulties, mental difficulties, and only after going through them, they can raise their flags of victory in the world. If we are talking about sports, I will also pay tribute to Suleiman here and as a teacher I see that if Suleiman gets a good trainer, if Suleiman gets a good club, then Suleiman will become a very useful player for this club. Let us look for players like Suleiman, find them and help them because if you love sports and want to help people associated with sports, then definitely help players like Suleiman so that they can use their strength, ability and hard work to make their name, your name and the name of their country shine.

Because when any athlete wins any competition at the district level, then you can imagine for yourself that there are many schools at the district level, there are many students, and these students are trained regularly, and each school includes the best students and athletes from its school in the competitions, and Sulaiman defeated all of them and won. So I think Sulaiman has a lot of talent and we have to develop these talents. I hope that our Education Minister Rana Sikandar Haya Sahib will definitely provide Sulaiman with help and training to include him among the good athletes.

This life is always in search of victory and as I have written above, victory is the destiny of those who do not accept defeat in the field, those who fall, recover and then get up and then get ready for the competition.
