Hardworking people never fail. If they ever face failure in life, they face it with a smile on their face and then face their difficulties bravely and then raise the flags of victory because hardworking people are always successful and prosperous and this life gives peace and comfort to those who work hard. Always remember that hard work takes a person to heights and those who do not work hard and want to achieve success in a short way or in a short period of time, then those successes are also for a short period of time. If you want to achieve long-term success or want to maintain the continuity of your successes in your life, then hard work is very important. I always teach my students to work hard and always keep them busy so that they get used to working hard because some students are weak in writing or show slowness in writing, so I try to give them the task of writing again and again. When they write again and again, their writing power will increase and This way, their hands and fingers will gain strength and they will be able to write firmly.

I instill the awareness of hard work in children. I also give class tests to children and home tests to write. I try to increase the writing power of children and this can happen only when children work hard and do writing. You can see in the pictures that I have given a task to the students that each student has to revise their lesson and then write their revised lesson. They have to do the home test separately and the class test separately, which they can do very easily. But you must be thinking that the things I am writing here will not become a burden for the student at all. I tell the students that when they have free time, they should focus on their writing power and then revise their lesson through writing. When they study and write, this practice will make them a complete good person and their writing skills will also increase completely because whenever there are board exams, children have to In exams, you have to write yourself, you also have to write answers to big questions of two to three pages, and children who do not have the strength to write or do not practice, solve the paper with great difficulty in the examination room. Sometimes it happens that children leave many questions because their writing speed is slow and thus they get low marks. Therefore, practice is necessary to increase the writing speed, which you see that I have put on the children.

I have also felt and seen in my life that some people object that they work hard but despite working hard they cannot achieve success whereas I tell them that you have to see whether the hard work you are doing is exactly on the path on which you want to succeed because sometimes we work hard but our direction is not right sometimes we sit in the examination room but we do not know whether the question I have forgotten has I completed the work that can help me to succeed in the examination room because when we tend towards multiple ways and multiple tasks and do multiple work then we cannot succeed in any work. So if there is a student if he gives his full attention to his education then only then he can be successful. If a student does multiple other work along with his education which is not of great importance in his life then those works waste his time. We should provide such training to the students and every individual. Let him work hard on the work that he desperately needs, that is important in his life, and we should not give priority to unimportant work, but rather not pay attention to it at all.

You can see in the picture that I am giving my students writing practice. These children are writing in English. English is not our mother tongue. Mostly in our area, Saraiki, Punjabi and Urdu are spoken. While English is taught as a compulsory subject in schools, children have great difficulty in writing, speaking and understanding English. So when we give them English writing practice repeatedly, children become able to write English better.

They think that even with a little effort, they will succeed. So I always encourage my students to work hard continuously and consistently, whether they succeed or fail.
