At the Gym

For a couple of years now I have been following a lifestyle where exercise and a healthy diet have become the main pillars of my daily life, this in order to maintain my physical condition suitable for any circumstance, but at the same time with the idea of keeping a fresh and healthy mind, it seems untrue, but exercising continuously gives us the opportunity to drain bad energy, daily stress and unwanted vibes.

It is for these reasons that day after day I go to a gym to fulfill my daily training, little by little I have been learning about the exercises and for some time now I have been elaborating my own routines, trying to maintain a balance that allows me to advance evenly with all areas of my body. This time I had to train all the lower part of my body, that is what is related to the legs, thighs and buttocks, which is why the day was more exhausting, but at the same time very complete, the exercise that I present below is only a fragment of the routine executed and it is an effective training to work the adductors and at the same time the buttocks, which is why I did several repetitions and then I focused on other exercises to complement all the other areas that I wanted to work.

Desde hace ya un par de años he venido cumpliendo con un estilo de vida en donde los ejercicios, y una dieta saludable se han convertido en los pilares fundamentales de mi día a día, esto con la finalidad de mantener mi estado físico apto para cualquier circunstancia, pero al mismo tiempo con la idea puesta en mantener una mente fresca y saludable, Parece mentira, pero ejercitarse de forma continua nos brinda la oportunidad de drenar malas energías, el estrés cotidiano y las vibras indeseadas.

Es por estas razones qué día tras día acudo a un gimnasio para cumplir con mi entrenamiento diario, poco a poco he ido aprendiendo sobre los ejercicios y ya desde hace algún tiempo elaboro mis propias rutinas, tratando de mantener un equilibrio que me permita avanzar de forma pareja con todas las zonas de mi cuerpo. En esta oportunidad tocaba entrenar toda la parte inferior de mi cuerpo, es decir lo que se relaciona con las piernas, muslos y glúteos, es por ello que la jornada fue más agotadora, pero al mismo tiempo muy completa, el ejercicio que les presento a continuación es solo un fragmento de la rutina ejecutada y se trata de un entrenamiento eficaz para trabajar los aductores y al mismo tiempo los glúteos, es por ello que hice varias repeticiones y luego me enfoqué en otros ejercicios te complementaran todas las demás áreas que deseaba trabajar.
