Every year the city of Caracas, due to its condition of capital, welcomes an endless number of shows of national and international class, where the Fairs of different types have a privileged position, since they represent true windows that show us the national advances in diverse matters that are of vital importance for the harmonic development of the Venezuelan society. This is how the great parks of this city dress up to receive thousands of people who seek to satisfy their curiosity and at the same time enjoy a different moment full of knowledge and a lot of joy.

This time Los Caobos Park was filled with white coats, to receive with the greatest honor the First International Health Fair Venezuela 2023, a place where the public sector and private enterprise joined hands to generate an exchange of knowledge that seeks to strengthen and improve the national health system, at the same time medical advances were highlighted and stronger commercial ties were established, where it seeks to overcome the crisis left by the pandemic of COVID 19 and new objectives that aim to improve the quality of life of all the people were established.

En esta oportunidad el Parque Los Caobos se lleno de batas blancas, para recibir con el mayor honor a la Primera Feria Internacional de Salud Venezuela 2023, un lugar en donde el sector publico y la empresa privada se tomaron de la mano para generar un intercambio de conocimientos que buscan fortalecer y mejorar el sistema nacional de salud, al mismo tiempo se destacaron los avances médicos y se establecieron lazos comerciales más fuertes, en donde se busca superar la crisis dejada por la pandemia del COVID 19 y se establecieron nuevos objetivos que tienen como finalidad mejorar la calidad de vida de todo el pueblo.

More than 40 stands, 11 countries and dozens of companies, brought to their tables a large number of items that represent the real muscle of health in Venezuela, there you could see a lot of medicines, medical supplies, surgical equipment and various elements that complement this great sector, But within all this, the national production stands out, which little by little is increasing in quantity and quality, generating great savings for the State and allowing the population a greater access to these vital products, it is here when the alliance between the private company and the public sector becomes the fundamental pillar of the development of health.

Más de 40 stands, 11 países y decenas de empresas, trajeron a sus mesas una gran cantidad de artículos que representan el verdadero musculo de la salud en Venezuela, allí se podían apreciar una gran cantidad de medicamentos, insumos médicos, equipos quirúrgicos y diversos elementos que complementan a este gran sector, pero dentro de todo esto se resalta la producción nacional, la cual poco a poco va aumentando en cantidad y calidad, generando grandes ahorros para el Estado y permitiéndole a la población un mayor acceso a estos vitales productos, es aquí cuando la alianza entre la empresa privada y el sector publico se convierte en el pilar fundamental del desarrollo de la salud.

It was a great surprise to arrive at the gates of the park and find a large number of people, as I had mistakenly thought that this would not be such a media event, but it turns out that doing a quick calculation I think there were thousands of people who paraded through that place, I must also highlight the large number of doctors, nurses and students who with their presence gave a very cool touch to the fair. Apart from the various stands you could also enjoy appropriate places for talks, discussions and conferences related to various current issues related to health, where the speakers were hospital directors, scientists and researchers, who sought to convey their ideas and generate discussions where the result was the creation of knowledge.

Fue una gran sorpresa llegar a las puertas del parque y encontrar una gran cantidad de personas, ya que había pensado de forma errónea que este no seria un evento tan mediático, pero resulta que haciendo un cálculo rápido pienso que fueron miles las personas que desfilaron por ese lugar, además debo resaltar la gran cantidad de médicos, enfermeras y estudiantes que con su presencia le dieron un toque muy cool a la feria. Aparte de los diversos stands también se podía disfrutar de lugares apropiados para charlas, conversatorios y conferencias relacionadas con diversos temas de actualidad relacionados con la salud, en donde los exponentes eran directores de hospitales, científicos e investigadores, los cuales buscaban transmitir sus ideas y generar debates en donde el resultado fuera la creación de conocimiento.

These fairs are great, as they represent an excellent opportunity to disseminate knowledge, show scientific advances and close deals that in the future will be transformed into greater benefits for society, also the general population welcomes them with great enthusiasm and affection, which makes me think that many other sectors of daily life can show their achievements through these magnificent events. After the pandemic and because of the economic crisis, health in Venezuela is going through ups and downs, but I am certain that little by little things will improve and that the wonders seen in this fair will become tangible elements that serve for the welfare of all, hopefully next year they will celebrate an event like this and that this will serve as a point of comparison to appreciate the road traveled and at the same time serve as a guide to mark the next goals.

Estas ferias son geniales, ya que representan una excelente oportunidad para difundir conocimientos, mostrar avances científicos y cerrar negocios que en un futuro se transformen en mayores beneficios para la sociedad, además la población en general las acoge con mucho entusiasmo y cariño, lo me hace pensar que muchos otros sectores de la vida cotidiana pueden mostrar sus logros por medio de estos magníficos eventos. Luego de la pandemia y a causa de la crisis económica la salud en Venezuela atraviesa por altos y bajos, pero tengo la certeza de que poco a poco las cosas van a mejorar y que las maravillas vistas en esta feria se convertirán en elementos tangibles que sirvan para el bienestar de todos, ojalá que el próximo año vuelvan a celebrar un evento como este y que ese sirva como punto de comparación para apreciar el camino recorrido y al mismo tiempo sirva de guía para marcar los próximos objetivos.
