"Mi Tesoro" (es/en)

Hola amigos de HIVE, mi blog de hoy va dedicado a mi tesoro... Mi hija...

Mi pequeña y hermosa hija de dos años de edad se llama Liv Karoline Rodríguez González, nacida en la noche del 26 de febrero del 2021, fruto de mi relación con mi esposa de 4 años. Su primer nombre, Liv que en la cultura escandinava significa "Vida", lo elegimos así por lo batalladora y las ganas que tenía de vivir durante un complicado embarazo que tuvo mi mujer.

My little and beautiful two year old daughter is called Liv Karoline Rodriguez Gonzalez, born on the night of February 26, 2021, fruit of my relationship with my wife of 4 years. Her first name, Liv, which in Scandinavian culture means "Life", was chosen because she was a fighter and had the will to live during a complicated pregnancy that my wife had.

Su segundo nombre Karoline es en honor a una concursante de un reality colombiano de competencias llamado "El Desafío" del cual soy muy fan, en esa edición del show televisivo esa participante se destacó y batalló con gran gallardía durante toda la temporada, por cosas del destino le encanta este programa también cada vez que me dispongo a ver un capítulo se pone al lado mío para disfrutarlo.

Mi pequeña tiene una estatura acorde a su edad, es trigueña como la madre y yo, con pelo rizado idéntico al de su bisabuela paterna. Es muy carismática, juguetona y conversadora (a su manera, por supuesto debido a que no habla con mucha fluidez aún), y de un carácter muy fuerte como el de su padre 😅.

Her middle name Karoline is in honor of a contestant of a Colombian reality competition called "El Desafío" of which I am a big fan, in that edition of the TV show that participant stood out and fought with great gallantry throughout the season, by fate she loves this program also every time I get ready to watch an episode she stands next to me to enjoy it.

My little girl has a height according to her age, she is brunette like her mother and me, with curly hair identical to her paternal great-grandmother's. She is very charismatic and playful. She is very charismatic, playful and talkative (in her own way, of course because she is not very fluent yet), and of a very strong character like her father 😅.

Es la niña mimada por sus abuelos paternos (primera nieta que tienen ambos) la consienten como una princesita. Es muy inteligente y demuestra ciertas habilidades, sabe contar del 1 al 10, a la hora de vestirse se pone la ropa que no es difícil de colocarse sola y busca en el móvil sus dibujos animados preferidos tanto en la galería como en Facebook.

She is the spoiled child of her paternal grandparents (the first granddaughter they both have) and they spoil her like a little princess. She is very intelligent and shows certain skills, she knows how to count from 1 to 10, when it is time to get dressed she puts on clothes that are not difficult to put on by herself and searches on her cell phone for her favorite cartoons both in the gallery and on Facebook.

Sus muñequitos preferidos son "Peppa Pig" y "Jorge el curioso", le fascina tanto que dice pequeñas frases como la que dicen en los animados y no puede ver a su abuelo paterno que enseguida le pide el celular para ver sus muñes, incluso le dice abuelo ñequito (abuelo muñequito). Le encanta los chupa chupa y las chucherías (algo muy negativo para mi negocio 😅). Tiene una colección de peluches que le han regalado con el paso tiempo y a todos les ha puesto nombre, por increíble que parezca no se le olvida el nombre de ninguno.

His favorite dolls are "Peppa Pig" and "Curious George", he is so fascinated by them that he says little phrases like the ones they say in the cartoons and he can't see his paternal grandfather who immediately asks for his cell phone to see his dolls, he even calls him grandpa ñequito (grandpa doll). He loves chupa chupa's and knickknacks (something very negative for my business 😅). He has a collection of stuffed animals that have been given to him over time and he has named them all, incredible as it may seem, he doesn't forget the name of any of them.

Lamentablemente, es muy enfermiza, desde pequeña se le diagnosticó que era alérgica por lo que con cualquier cambio de tiempo o polvo en el ambiente se enferma. Le encanta salir a pasear o más bien salir de la casa, es muy callejera por decirlo a lo cubano, ve cualquier movimiento de salida y agarra alguno de sus zapatos de salir al momento.

Unfortunately, she is very sickly, since she was little she was diagnosed as allergic so with any change of weather or dust in the environment she gets sick. She loves to go for a walk or rather to leave the house, she is very streetwise, she sees any movement and grabs one of her shoes to go out at once.

Tiene un hábito muy peculiar, a la hora de dormirse se chupa el dedo (desde el embarazo lo hacía, en un ultrasonido se vio) y acaricia la tetilla o el pezón en dependencia de con quien esté acostada en ese momento para poder dormirse. Hace unos meses cuando comenzó en "el cuido"(guardería) a la hora de tomar la siesta según la cuidadora se chupó su dedo y se acarició su propio pezón, algo que nos causó mucha gracia debido al gran vicio que tiene a la hora de dormir.

She has a very peculiar habit, when it's time to fall asleep she sucks her thumb (since pregnancy she did it, it was seen in an ultrasound) and caresses the nipple or the nipple depending on who she is lying with at that time to fall asleep. A few months ago when she started in "el cuido" (daycare) at nap time, according to the caregiver, she sucked her thumb and stroked her own nipple, something that caused us a lot of fun due to the great vice she has at bedtime.

Un hijo es un tesoro, es muy difícil criarlos, eso sí, pero es lo más grande y maravilloso que le pueda suceder a una persona.

A child is a treasure, it is very difficult to raise them, yes, but it is the greatest and most wonderful thing that can happen to a person.
