En el campo también se hace deporte, los domingos se reúnen en una planicie preparada poder practicar el béisbol. Quizás el deporte que más llama la atención en esta región por detrás de los juegos autóctonos.

Hoy se realizó un clásico, el que reunió al equipo del pueblo de Curarigua y 3 caseríos aledaños, entre ellos Campo Alegre. Para llegar tuvimos que hacer una caminata de media hora, cruzar el río para llegar a la base de la montaña sur del valle.

Los niños jugaron a primera hora y luego se dio paso a la categoría libre. Pasamos un domingo genial, compartimos entre caseríos vecinos. La noche cayó y fue el momento de la despedida para que cada grupo tomara sus respectivos caminos.

In the countryside they also play sports, on Sundays they gather in a prepared plain to practice baseball. Perhaps the sport that attracts the most attention in this region after the native games.

Today was a classic, which brought together the team of the town of Curarigua and 3 surrounding villages, including Campo Alegre. To get there we had to hike for half an hour, cross the river to get to the base of the mountain south of the valley.

The children played first thing in the morning and then we moved on to the free category. We had a great Sunday, we shared among neighboring hamlets. Night fell and it was time to say goodbye so that each group could go their respective ways.
