Friends, as I started my daily routine in my old time at 5.30 in the morning, because nowadays it is very cold, then the light also comes late and the fear of leopard is increasing day by day in the city, even sunrise. It happens only after 6 o'clock, then I leave my room with my friend at 5.50 in the morning and run road by road for about 3.4 kilometers and at some distance from the city, where the noise is less. Let's do our yoga and a little excise, after doing some time's excise, a little meditation which is very important for every person in today's time.
The way our work is done, in today's time, especially in the IT sector, every person who works in the computer from morning to evening and sits for 7.8 hours from morning, it is more important for him. Happens.
Friends, after doing your full excise, a very beautiful view was visible, in the middle of the mountains, the whole mountain was covered with fog, as if the whole mountain was covered with a sheet.

नमस्कार दोस्तों आशा है कि आप सभी लोग स्वस्थ और कुशल होंगे और अपने जीवन में सुख शांति से जीवन व्यतीत कर रहे होंगे।।
दोस्तो स्वस्थ शरीर हर कोई चाहता है लेकिन उसको बरकरार रखना कोई नि चाहता । दोस्तो जैसा की मै अपने रोज के रूटीन मै चल पड़ा था अपने पुराने समय मै ही सुबह 5.30 पे क्यू की आजकल ठंड काफी है तो उजाला भी देर मै ही होता है और शहर मै दिन प्रतिदिन तेंदुए का भी भय आजकल काफी हो रहा हैं सूर्योदय भी लभगभ 6 बजे के बाद ही होता है तो मैं अपने दोस्त के साथ सुबह 5.50 पे अपने रूम से निकल लेते है और रोड बाय रोड लभभग 3.4किलोमिटर तक दौड़ कर जाते है और शहर से कुछ दूरी पर जहां पे शोर शराबा कम रहता हैं वहा पे अपना योग और थोड़ा एक्साइज करते है कुछ समय की एक्साइज करने के बाद थोड़ा ध्यान जो की आज के समय मै प्रत्येक व्यक्ति के लिए बहुत जरूरी है।।
जिस प्रकार से हमारा काम रहता है आज के समय मै खास तौर पर it सेक्टर मै काम कर रहा वह हर के व्यक्ति जो सुबह से शाम तक कंप्यूटर मै ही काम करता हैं ओर सुबह से 7.8 घंटे तक बैठे रहता है उसके लिए तो ओर अधिक जरूरी होता हैं।
दोस्तो अपनी पूरी एक्साइज करने के बाद काफी खुबसुरत सा नजारा दिख रहा था खुबसुरत से पहाड़ों के बीच मै पूरा कोहरा से ढका हुआ मानो पूरा पहाड़ चादर से ढक चुका हो
