Los niños con Discapacidad Intelectual ¿Como son ?

Buen dia para todos, hoy les vengo con algo diferente, antes de empezar quiero comentarle que soy estudiante de Licenciatura en Logopedia (especialidad que se encarga de corregir y compensar los trastornos del lenguaje), hoy ne encuentro de práctica en la escuela especial Tupac Amaru donde se especializa en niños con discapacidad intelectual, conocido en otros términos como(retraso mental) , hoy me toco compartir con ellos como parte de mi practica estudiantil y estuve presente en una actividad que ellos realizaron en adornas zapatos , es increíble la destreza que tienen estos niños, pueden tener una amplia variedad de habilidades y necesidades, ya que la discapacidad intelectual puede manifestarse de diferentes maneras y en diferentes grados. Algunos niños pueden tener dificultades para aprender y comprender información, mientras que otros pueden tener dificultades para comunicarse o para realizar actividades cotidianas.
En general, los niños con discapacidad intelectual pueden necesitar más tiempo y apoyo para aprender nuevas habilidades y para realizar tareas cotidianas. También pueden necesitar adaptaciones y modificaciones en su entorno y en las actividades que realizan para poder participar plenamente en la vida diaria.
Es importante recordar que cada niño con discapacidad intelectual es único y tiene sus propias fortalezas y desafíos. Con el apoyo adecuado, los niños con discapacidad intelectual pueden alcanzar su máximo potencial y tener una vida plena y satisfactoria.

Some children may have difficulty learning and understanding information, while others may have difficulty communicating or performing everyday activities.
In general, children with intellectual disabilities may need more time and support to learn new skills and to perform everyday tasks. They may also need adaptations and modifications to their environment and activities in order to participate fully in daily life.
It is important to remember that each child with intellectual disabilities is unique and has his or her own strengths and challenges. With the right support, children with intellectual disabilities can reach their full potential and lead full and satisfying lives.
