| Hello, friends! A few days ago, when I was in the city, the weather turned out to be quite changeable. It was a grey, overcast sky, where everything blended with the dusted walls of old buildings, and then suddenly, the sun appeared, and the world around became brighter, more contrasting, sharper. Where there was light, deep shadows appeared, because shadow is impossible without light. But it’s better to have such contrasts than a dull, meaningless uniformity. It’s better to be different than to be just nothing. And this applies not only to the weather or landscapes but also to people. Perhaps that’s why many try to stand out, not to be part of a faceless crowd. Maybe that’s the reason why some people do strange or unexpected things — just to be different from others. | Привіт, друзі! Кілька днів тому, коли я був у місті, погода видалася доволі мінливою. То було сіре, похмуре небо, коли все довкола зливалося з припорошеними стінами старовинних будівель, то раптом виглядало сонце, і світ навколо ставав яскравішим, контрастнішим, чіткішим. Там, де було світло, з’являлися глибокі тіні, бо тінь неможлива без світла. Але краще вже такі контрасти, ніж сіра, беззмістовна одноманітність. Краще бути різними, ніж просто ніякими. І це стосується не лише погоди чи пейзажів, а й людей. Напевно, саме тому багато хто прагне вирізнятися, не бути частиною безликої маси. Можливо, саме з цієї причини дехто робить дивні або несподівані вчинки — просто щоб бути несхожими на інших. |
