| As they say, it is better to see once than to hear a hundred times. This also applies to learning school material. Now our children have an interesting subject at school, "I explore the world". It is something similar to the "Science" that my generation studied, but with a much wider scope, because children learn everything about the world in general. But we didn't do similar experiments that clearly demonstrate that warm air expands in volume, we didn't do it at school. Maybe this applies only to my class or my school, but we had almost no practical classes in chemistry and little in physics, and we certainly did not conduct such simple but visual experiments in elementary school. And what we did with Darinka was just homework. For him, we need a plastic bottle, an ordinary inflatable ball and a vessel with warm water. We pull the ball over the neck of the bottle, and put the bottle in a bowl of hot water. At first, the balloon lies still, but gradually it is filled with warm air and due to this it rises, creating certain associations that only adults understand 😊. When we take the bottle out of the hot water and put it in cold water, the air in the balloon cools and mixes in the volume, so the balloon deflates and sinks to the bottom. Repeating the experiment shows that in hot water the ball inflates again. In this way, children can understand how balloons can fly. Зараз наші діти у школі мають цікавий предмет, "Я досліджую світ". Це щось схоже на "Природознавство", яке вивчало моє покоління, але з набагато ширшим охопленням, бо ж діти вивчають все про світ загалом. Але подібних дослідів, який наочно демонструє те, що тепле повітря розширюється в об'ємі, ми не робили ми в школі не робили. Можливо це стосується лише мого класу чи моєї школи, але у нас майже не було практичних занять з хімії і мало з фізики і ми точно не проводили таких от простих, але наочних дослідів у початковій школі. А те, що ми робили з Даринкою, це просто домашнє завдання. Для нього нам потрібне пластикова пляшка, звичайна надувна кулька і посудина з теплою водою. Ми натягуємо кульку на горловину пляшки, а пляшку ставимо в миску з гарячою водою. Спочатку повітряна кулька лежить нерухомо, але поступово вона наповнюється теплим повітрям і за рахунок цього вона піднімається, створюючи певні асоціації, зрозумілі лише дорослим 😊. Коли ми витягуємо пляшку з гарячої води і поміщаємо її у холодну воду, повітря у кульці охолооджується і змешується в об'ємі, тому кулька здувається і опускається до низу. Повторення досліду демонструє, що у гарячій воді кулька знову надувається. Таким чином діти можуть зрозуміти, як можуть літати повітряні кулі. Ось таке дуже цікаве домащнє завдання). |
