Enseñar con el Corazón: de regreso al aula/Teaching with Heart: Back to the Classroom
Hola mis amigos de Hive!!! Les cuento que esta ha sido un inicio de semana especial para mí. Estoy de regreso al aula. Les había contado que soy profesora de la Universidad, imparto clases al 4to año (terminal) de la carrera Gestión Sociocultural para el Desarrollo.
)Para mí la educación no es solo una profesión, es mi pasión y creo que es algo que llevo en la sangre. Mis padres fueron profesores y algunos de mis abuelos también. Así que mi infancia transcurrió entre clases de Inglés (mi mamá era teacher) y de Español Literatura (mi papá), en las aulas, entre estudiantes, en los pasillos de las escuelas.
)Cuando fui a elegir una profesión no pensé en ser maestra, estudié Licenciatura en Estudios Socioculturales y como la vida entreteje en hilos dorados lo que será nuestro futuro al terminar como uno de los mejores expedientes fui seleccionada para que me quedara en la Universidad impartiendo clases. Desde entonces cada día descubro el amor que le profeso a la docencia.
Este lunes iniciamos un nuevo curso escolar. Ya le había impartido clases en el 2022 a los estudiantes que tengo hoy en el aula. En aquel momento los recibía en su primer año, momentos difíciles todavía de pandemia, pero les digo que son un grupo excelente, de esos estudiantes que nos hacen superarnos para llegar a la clase.
)En ese primer año fueron muchas las experiencias que vivimos en cada clase algunas de ellas fuera del marco del aula. Me gusta sacarlos, visitar proyectos comunitarios, instituciones culturales, así pueden palpar el contenido con sus manos, ver las problemáticas socioculturales y hasta atreverse a proponer soluciones.
)En la primera clase construimos un árbol expectativas, algo que los motivó mucho, reían y comentaban las principales metas que tenían este curso, todos coincidían en graduarse con resultados satisfactorios. Sé que juntos lo lograremos, para eso trabajo y por supuesto también es mi propósito.

)Así que el camino a la investigación será nuestra línea de trabajo. Como docente intento que las clases sean amenas, no me considero como la profesora que tiene la verdad absoluta sobre todo, me encanta fomentar el diálogo, conocer los puntos de vista que tienen como jóvenes, me nutro de ellos. Inicio siempre con un ejercicio de motivación puede ser una actividad o video motivacional que los lleve al análisis y la reflexión. Pretendo formar sujetos críticos y propositivos.
)Espero que este curso sea una experiencia enriquecedora para todos. Estoy segura de que aprenderemos mucho juntos, son estudiantes muy talentosos que contribuirán al crecimiento en cada clase, cada uno desde sus potencialidades. Desde ya mi meta es apoyarlos e incentivarlos a que sean curiosos, valientes y sobre todo creativos. Yo estaré siempre para acompañarlos y apoyarlos en cada paso del camino.

Hello my Hive friends!!! I tell you that this has been a special start of the week for me. I am back in the classroom. I had told you that I am a professor at the University, I teach the 4th year (terminal) of the career Sociocultural Management for Development.
)For me education is not just a profession, it is my passion and I think it is something that is in my blood. My parents were teachers and some of my grandparents as well. So my childhood was spent between English classes (my mother was a teacher) and Spanish Literature, in the classrooms among students, in the school hallways.
)When I went to choose a profession I did not think of being a teacher, I studied a degree in Sociocultural Studies and as life weaves in golden threads what will be our future when I finished as one of the best records I was selected to stay at the University teaching. Since then, every day I discover the love I have for teaching.
This Monday we started a new school year. I had already taught the students I have in the classroom today in 2022. At that time I received them in their first year, difficult times still pandemic, but I tell you that they are an excellent group, of those students who make us overcome to get to class.
)In that first year there were many experiences that we lived in each class, some of them outside the classroom. I like to take them out, visit community projects, cultural institutions, so they can feel the content with their hands, see the socio-cultural problems and even dare to propose solutions.

)So the path to research will be our line of work. As a teacher I try to make the classes enjoyable, I do not consider myself as the teacher who has the absolute truth about everything, I love to encourage dialogue, to know the points of view they have as young people, I nourish myself from them. I always start with a motivational exercise, it can be an activity or a motivational video that leads them to analysis and reflection. I intend to form critical and proactive subjects.
)I hope this course will be an enriching experience for everyone. I am sure that we will learn a lot together, they are very talented students who will contribute to the growth in each class, each one from their potential. My goal is to support them and encourage them to be curious, brave and above all creative. I will always be there to accompany and support them every step of the way.

Teaching is not easy, so i think you have to be born to do it. So when you say teaching is in your blood, that means you're the right person. It requires a lot of patience and dedication.
