Understanding that every day I strive to regain my health and the silhouette that I lost some time ago makes me value every advance, no matter how small it is, because only I know how much it has cost me.

Only I know how many times I have felt sore and many times I do not want to continue, but then I look in the mirror and I like what I see and I know that in a way I feel like inside an onion and that I have to work hard so that each layer that covers me falls off until it finally leaves me shiny.

I don't think that would be possible after I turn 40, so each achievement fills me with endless enthusiasm and motivates me to continue, until that last layer of onion falls off.

Wearing these shorts is an indication that I'm on the right track, it's something I thought I would never be able to do and today I'm celebrating being able to wear them.
