But at this stage of my life, I wanted to take advantage of the fact that the gym was going to be clear and I could use the machines calmly and without so many people around me.

I enjoy the company of people working out, but if I can spare myself so much company it's better for me.

So this week to keep motivating myself I have made myself several gifts to wear them when I train and see how my body is changing little by little.

There are many changes that I am experiencing right now, and I want to enjoy each change, no matter how small it is, only I know how much it has cost me.

Una semana prometedora
Hola a todos, feliz semana mayor. Yo en otras ocasiones me preocupaba por el destino y las actividades que haría en esta semana donde las familias suelen viajar.
Pero en esta etapa de mi vida, quería aprovechar que el gimnasio iba a estar despejado y podría usar las máquinas en calma y sin tantas personas a mi alrededor.
Disfruto de la compañía de las personas que entrenan, pero si puedo ahorrarme tanta compañía para mi es mejor.
Así que está semana para seguirme motivando me he hecho varios regalitos para lucirlos al momento de entrenar y así ver cómo mi cuerpo se va transformando poco a poco.
Son muchos cambios que experimento en este momento, y quiero disfrutar de cada cambio por pequeño que sea, solo yo se cuánto me ha costado.
