One Shadow Photo, One Entry || SMASh Contest #416
Do we ever think about how deeply exhaustion messes with our mood, our feelings, and our entire nervous system? As someone who experiences mood swings a lot, I can tell a whole story about this. Every time I feel mentally and physically exhausted, I promise myself rest and also say to myself:
If not today, then tomorrow will be better.
Honestly, I'm not sure why I'm sharing this for anyone to read today, but I've been having a difficult week and today wasn't any easier. I've had to struggle to keep up with the reality of life moving swiftly and me having no choice but to dance to its own tunes. I haven't even had the time to catch my breath since this month began, but I've realized that for now, all I can do is stay positive and hope that I won't always feel this way.
The good part about this post is the fact that I ended my day by going to assist with a shoot for a new artist who needs visualizers for his songs. I really enjoyed the shoot because the host was receptive and I learnt some cool tricks from the photographer. The environment was also serene and I wish I could have stayed there longer, but I was already too tired. I had to head home so I would not meet worse traffic on the road.
The Uber I booked had already arrived, and that was when I noticed there were a couple of structures and equipments around the location that produced really beautiful shadows. Unfortunately, I couldn't go too far back into the location, so I hurriedly captured one shadow photo showing a human and some elements of a non functional fountain.
I absolutely love how it looks and I hope you like it as much as I do.

THANK YOU FOR VISITING MY BLOG!🤗
This is a real good and beautiful shadow photography... Awesome 👍
Life oh life...
Giving the body rest at the moment it needs cannot be over emphasised. I love the fact that you're doing just that. Prioritizing oneself and taking that deserved rest is key to staying mentally and physically fit. Way to go, girl.
